Dr. Ford has an individualized approach to each patient, with the ability to modify her approach along the way. She genuinely cares about her patients from a personal standpoint, too. She has been working on my shoulder for only a few weeks and the progress has been incredible. I had gone to her with 3 torn tendons, some of which were completely severed.
