This place is horrible. They refuse to release my medical information to me as I am the patient. They get through loop holes to violate the hippa law. I finally got my medical records from my lawyer after they were submitted to the court to find Peggy Vermont lied about my entire evaluation. Go somewhere else anywhere else but here. The staff is extremely rude and doesn't care about their patients.

Rosanna is horrible!! I went last week and I have been thinking about it since then.I wonder what her education is? She said to my 6 years old son, "Have you read Harry Potter?".My child said that the book is too big for me.I can’t read the series books yet.Such a person goes to the court and speaks.It is very scary for parents

Angela Koivula who I guess is no longer with the group was horrible. She was cold and had no empathy. On my second visit, she told me I had serious trust issues and that I should go see a different therapist in group sessions. She said this as I was pouring out my soul and crying and there were 2 minutes left in the session. She basically just made my trust issues worse. HORRIBLE. The staff was also rude and yes it's way too expensive

Highly recommend if you need good counseling in Gainesville. I saw Dr. Angela Koivula (no longer with the group) for many months and she totally changed my life. The administrative staff were always very friendly, prompt, professional, and discreet.

I was told one thing by Sager in person, then she said completely contradictory statements in my evaluation. This company will basically lie to give DCF and Partnership whatever information they want against you. I went to an alternative provider and got an entirely different evaluation. If you are sent to ITM Group by either organization, go somewhere else, as you will most assuredly get a biased evaluation.

I'm happy to report that this is the best therapeutic service I've received. The level of individual and personal attention is phenomenal and the office staff are just great and conversative. ITM helped me believe in psychology practice again!
