This is easily the best daycare/preschool you can find. The director and assistant director are fantastic. Very family forward and caring about there staff. Go out of there way to make special events, truly special. Every event I have attended has been fun and spectacular. Love this school more than words can express.

If you can’t find a childcare center that suits you, well you’re in luck! The Learning Experience is the place for you! I have only worked here for about 6 months but this is hands down the best job I have worked at. With accommodating and understanding staff it makes not only a great work place but an even better place to comfortably drop your kids off knowing they are in good hands. Happy happens here! It’s always another happy day at TLE!

I was extremely nervous sending my little one to a daycare when I was returning back to work. After touring so many daycares and not liking the vibe in most of them. I’m glad we ended at The learning experience. Instantly the actual facility was so clean and nice the front desk was very friendly and knowledgeable. We learned about the cartoon friends they use to help teach the kids (which I loved). I am always updated when my son eats, naps, gets changed, and even pictures of him playing. They have helped so much with putting my son on a routine, building his social skills, and his communication skills. The teachers have to be some of the nicest people I have met, you can feel they genuinely enjoy the kids and my son seriously adores them. They do cute activities with the kids, summer time they have water days, and they have an imagination room where the kids have free play! They allow my ball of energy son to run around and help put my mind at ease. If you are stressing about daycare and where to go This place should be on the list to look at because it is a fun, safe and very secure place for your child oh and very clean. ?

We were at TLE from the start. At the time, the director was kind and caring and you could tell she really cared about the families and her staff. This was very reassuring for a first time mom leaving her child for the first time in someone else's care. Sadly, she left last October and we were extremely skeptical about the new director and assistant director as they are not very personable and didn't even introduce themselves or make an effort to learn the kid's names or the families. We stayed for the teachers as I knew I could trust them and they were amazing with the kids. Communication from the director and assistant director was severely lacking to the families which does not instill much confidence in their abilities. The director also often bad mouthed children and families even going so far as to use the diagnosis of autism as an insult. That is completely unacceptable for anyone to do but especially someone in a position such as hers.

As far as how the teachers were treated, we learned that teachers were often not given regular bathroom breaks as the director and assistant director would stay at the front instead of going around to the classrooms to step in when needed. Teachers were also left in situations where they were out of ratio which is a major safety issue. Overall, the director and assistant director seemed more interested in the computer than actually going around and supporting their staff which is a major red flag for a parent.

Our final straw was when our daughter's teacher was let go and none of the families were informed about this. We put our written 4 weeks notice in shortly after this and cut ties with TLE.

Everything is absolutely wonderful about this center. From the greeting you get walking in the door to the awesome teachers and assistants in the classroom. Our experience this year has been everything beyond perfect. And of course, the kid LOVED going everyday!!! Top star place.

Terrible experience. My daughter is well cared for and will only be well cared for when she is not with me. I pack her lunch that I know she will like, everyday her entire lunch is still in her bag! They have splash days and I provide a large plastic zip lock for her wet swim suit. Her swim suit was thrown into her cubby on top of her sheets, so was she sleeping on wet sheets? It’s cold inside and they only put on a spaghetti strap undershirt although her shirt was with the rest of her clothes. One day she didnt have anything to drink but her water bottle was on the side of her bookbag. Her sheets were thrown into her cubby and everyone else’s was folded neatly and put into their cubby. She was out sick for 2 weeks and nobody gave a call or text to even check if she was ok. They do not care about kids or maybe just my kid, not sure. Anytime I asked about an issue, nobody took accountability. It was absolutely ridiculous. They want your money for this beautiful looking school but they are not doing anything!!! I have yet to exhibit her learning something new educationally. Most of the time her workbooks are empty! The things she know, she learned from home!!! DO NOT ENROLL YOUR CHILD HERE. I believe they are picky with who gets treated correctly and I hope it is not because of the color of my child’s skin but it sure does feel like it. DONT DO IT!

We are very happy with our experience at TLE. Our son is currently in the infant room - the teachers are top notch. They are all very attentive to his needs and it is clear he loves spending time with them. Every member of the staff is kind to our entire family. Highly recommend it!
