My final rating is 5 stars because Stephen. I thought this was already updated. After this review Stephen is the best at his career performance. I could see he's working in his field for more than just the pay. He really is meant to be here helping all the people he does. Hallelujah

I called to get my son into therapy for some severe depression. They do not answer the phone and they do not return voicemails for more than a week. I finally got a call back on a Tuesday and was told that I would be called back by that Friday to let me know when my son can start counseling. That was 2 weeks ago and I have never heard back from them even after leaving voicemails. Our children are far too important to push to the side and ignore like this. I am extremely disappointed and I'm going to be letting the doctor's office know who referred me. They shouldn't be referring people here anymore.
I will edit my review if they ever reach out to correct this situation.
