There was a discrepancy between times. I was charged a fee that I would never be able to pay. Thus resulting in me not being able to continue getting care. This individual only seems to see $$$$. She is not compassionate at all. I’m a college student mother unemployed and came to get psychiatric care and at the end of the day I’m back at square one. Do research before coming to see her.

BS drug selling operation going on here. Charge full price if you sneeze in their office money gouging to the max. I believe the doctors here should lose their right to practice for the fact they took a vow to help people however they are clearly treating this as a drug dealing operation that screws over its patients! You can pay hundreds of dollars before getting any medicine and they would gladly smile and overprice everything.

I was VERY disappointed with my first appt. I don't believe that I spoke with an actual Psychiatrist. She just listened to me talk and watch me cry for 40 minutes and made ABSOLUTELY SURE that she scheduled a SECOND appt for me a month later. I had a nervous breakdown 40 years ago and I'm on the verge of having another one. Yet she prescribed NO new meds. According to their 19 pages of paperwork, they would have charged me $350 to $450 for my 1st 40 minute visit. I knew that ANY office who INSISTED on getting YOUR charge card info on the phone BEFORE setting your 1st appt WASN'T concerned with your health. I will most likely call and cancel my next appt BEFORE the 48 hour deadline for cancellations, as if you don't, they charge you an ADDITIONAL fee for that as well. If you're 10 mins late, there is ANOTHER ADDITIONAL fee. So basically, you WILL be charged if you DO show up OR if you DON'T. Figure it out, folks. CHA-CHING. They're only in it for the money. I will also make sure to tell my PCP about my experience and ask her NOT to refer patients to them.

disappointed with the second visit with Ms. Webb . While I understand she may be tired her attitude seemed hostile to start. She clearly did not want to be at the appointment. I expected compassion and understanding during my visit but felt like I received none and honestly my feelings are hurt and this clinic has lost my trust . She advised I would need to make an appointment with another provider for my next visit. When I inquired why she explained she had a tight schedule . At no time during the visit did she inquire how was tolerating the medications or how I was feeling . The purpose seemed like to get on the call and get off . I felt she could have cancelled the appointment prior to the visit. It is her right to see who she wants and I have no issues finding another provider but I wish she would have canceled the appointment prior . I don’t feel like she was professional or kind during the visit that left me feeling like I have done something wrong. Maybe she was having a bad day but I have lost trust in this practice

Arrived 4 min late to an appointment and had forgotten my wallet in the car. When I returned with my wallet one of the Psychiatrists, Theresa, had arrived to the front desk and told the front desk worker that the patient is late and that he would need to pay a late cancellation and rebooking fee. The front desk manager continued to take my payment before repeating what Theresa had told her to me, and informed me that I would need to pay additional money. I asked where Theresa where she was when I arrived 4 minutes late, perhaps in the bathroom, and she responded “I wasn’t in the front I was in my office but I’m here now and it’s now 10 minutes past your appointment.” Apparently the statement of the office manager as to my arrival time does not matter; nor does the many times I have sat in the waiting room for more than 10 minutes past an appointment waiting for the psychiatrist to finish with another patient before seeing me. I’ve never been offered a discount or a refund when the psychiatrist couldn’t see me exactly when the appointment was scheduled to start due to her being late. This is an abysmal way to treat patients and customers. Take my advice and find a different provider if at all possible.

Best care ever! I couldn't say enough! Shelly is the best practitioner that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I have PTSD, & other personal battles. She is amazing. She is the only provider that has ever been so understanding & has very great advice. Definitely makes me feel seen & heard. 10/10 ♡

I had my first appointment today with Theresa at the Brandon office and was very satisfied with the thorough evaluation. She took the time to talk to me about her plan for treatment and the medication she planned to prescribe me. I felt very comfortable talking to her and am happy to have found a supportive provider. I also love that my next visit can be a telehealth since my busy work/life can make it difficult to schedule frequent in person visits.

This practice has been very responsive and easy to schedule with. I have had an excellent experience with PA Iriselias Cruz. She is very knowledgeable, responds rapidly through the portal, and excels in therapeutic communication.
