Our sweet three year old is one of those lucky kids who loves school. Everyday at The Oak School he is cared for and deeply known by his teachers. The small school size means that kids develop real friendships and a joyful learning community. At The Oak School his interests and those of his classmates are nurtured and respected as lines of inquiry and learning. As a parent I love that is hasn't even occurred to my child not to love learning and school. This is a place of integrated, whole child education and I can't recommend it enough.

The Oak School is a place where children can grow, thrive, and learn in a safe environment. I have never seen a group of educators so dedicated to the development of children. The curriculum is child led and nature and relationship based. A child's natural curiosity is valued and respected and they are permitted to explore, ask questions, and be a child. I have studied, children's growth and development and visited this school several times, the students who attend the Oak School will have the foundational social emotional stability to develop into whole humans, prepared to face the world.

The Oak School has been a lovely, nurturing school for our son to grow and learn. The indoor setting is beautiful and calming and there are multiple outdoor spaces for the kids to play and explore. The play based style of learning has been just right for our son, allowing him to learn in his own time. In this way he is experiencing success and joy in learning. The teachers have huge hearts and are passionate about their work, something so precious to find in an educator. They offer a wealth of knowledge about child development, human connection, and bring their own valuable experiences as parents. The teachers are very much in tune with and responsive to the kids feelings and emotions, and put a large emphasis on social emotional skill development. I’ve never doubted that our son is in the best of hands at this school.

Our daughter has thrived under the guidance of Ms. Tricia and the amazing staff she's assembled. The program provides an age-appropriate curriculum that is rooted in social/emotional development and project-based learning. The Oak School staff are phenomenal partners to parents that want to take an active role in their child's early years. Ms. Tricia has provided extremely helpful advice on how we can reinforce the lessons learned at school. The constant communication has been much appreciated and so key in our daughter's development!

The Oak school has been an amazing experience for my daughter. My children have gone to Primrose in the past, and this does not even compare. Every morning we walk in and feel so at home. I could not imagine a better experience.
