The Palms Recovery was a life changing experience for me. They helped start my recovery journey and paved the way for me. The knowledge and support I received being in their care gave me all the tools necessary to get back into the world clean and happy. The staff is wonderful and caring and the housing is great. I was there over a year ago and still talk to staff members to this day. Big shout out to Chris K. Before I decided on going to the Palms, he met with me and gave me a great understanding of what the Palms had to offer. I trusted in him and chose to get help. I’m forever grateful for that and my time at the Palms. I strongly recommend the Palms Recovery to anyone who needs help starting their recovery journey.

I came to the Palms in Oct 2023 from my detox center in pompano. Didn't know what to expect or if I even wanted anything from what they had to offer. Eventually I put my selfishness and pride aside and started listening to what was being offered to me and the freedom from active addiction and it saved my life. Today I have 1yr of sobriety, a wonderful job, a beautiful family and my sanity. If it wasn't for the Palms doing all that they do, I don't know if I'd even be around today to praise them in this review. Much love to each and everyone of you for all that you continuously do. The greatest recovery center in Florida!!!

I went to the Palms for three months during 2023 and had a wonderful experience. The staff took a personal interest in my recovery from techs to the group facilitators. The weekend outings were always fun, weekly beach trips were also something I looked forward to. Cook outs by the pools with the boys was always a good time and there’s always a spades game to get in on. 10/10 would recommend.

It looked decent but after 3 days I realized that I had no support system, was living in a tight space with 4 other people, and that I was absolutely miserable. I would not recommend this facility to people trying to find a new productive life. I’m on my way to a new facility as we speak. The staff were unprofessional and the groups were a joke. We smoke cigarettes all day long and I constantly think I can’t stand the people I’m stuck around.

The palms was a great place for me to start my recovery journey everyone there really cares about seeing you succeed and is Genuinely interested in your well being the staff was very helpful the groups were awesome and the place was awesome to stay at

It’s not a four star hotel, but if you are serious about getting sober and taking your life back, it’s a great place to be. The palms provides the tools and information needed in a friendly environment.

This an awesome place the staff look out for you and you go to meetings and they have meetings as well as spiritual feel here where you will be at home I personally have been on this path for a while and this was the best for me and they are here for you don't go anywhere else now know this IT IS WHAT You put into it but believe me they will work with you and see you though it

100% recommend The Palms for a PHP. The level of understanding from the clinical staff, all the way to the techs is some of the best I have received in treatment. David the case manager is phenomenal. I didn’t have to worry about a thing pertaining to my lawyer, FMLA, or anything. That man was on top of it from day 1. Althea my therapist was awesome. She took the time to get to know me and my issues and was just very genuine in her approach. 10/10 would recommend.
