From the time I was referred I felt great that I found a place to get help. Tiffany is awesome and She has Anthony in the front office who goes the extra distance. I have been mostly remote however, my first in person visit felt like I was visiting a friends house. Anthony gave me some inspirational stickers and other items and in over 50 years of treatment no one has ever done this. Kudos to you if you find The sanctuary of Wellness. I can only hope your journey is like mine.

They have a number you can text to cancel your appointment or if you have any questions. You can call as well and Anthony will be more than happy to answer your questions. Tiffany and her team at The Sanctuary or Wellness are absolutely wonderful. They were very accommodating, working with my schedule, as they offer both video and in-person sessions. They even take insurance!!! Vanessa is a phenomenal therapist with years of experience and I highly recommend her. The office is warm, welcoming, and relaxing. The office manager Anthony is very helpful and informative. I highly recommend giving them a chance to help anyone and everyone of all ages!

When I called, originally, the front office person was very helpful . Anthony went out of his way to make sure that my needs were met even when I wasn’t sure what exactly I needed at the time. I was looking for a DBT therapist. He helped us get an appointment with the right person in a timely manner. My family and I have had the best , wonderful experience with Ms. Tiffany as a therapist. Her secessions were great! she is knowledgeable, patient, and wonderful to work with. I would recommended this office for anyone needing counseling and/or therapy, your expectation would not be misguided.

The Sanctuary of Wellness is such a warm, welcoming, and safe place to start you journey into therapy. I was lucky enough to be a student intern for the summer and Tiffany was an amazing person to learn from and work with. I’ve been going to therapy here for almost two years now and I can say without a doubt that it was the best decision I could have made for my mental health. Tiffany creates such a safe environment where you always feel heard and never feel judged. She has a way of connecting with you and understanding you on a deep level. Not to mention how kind, fun, and caring she is. Tiffany is a true treasure for all who find her. Even at my lowest points, I would still look forward to our sessions every week.
