Becoming a client of The Therapy Labs has changed my life so profoundly. My therapist, Janice Helland, is hands down the most compassionate and empathetic person I’ve ever met. A good friend of mine recommended I see a therapist here since she had a good experience with them. Im really please with the work being done at The therapy lab! They make me feel like family , My daughter have shown a lot of improvement. She’s always excited for all her sessions all her team members are great!!! Rosa barroso even help me when pandemic started and I wasn’t woking on lowering my payment for each session. If it wasn’t for that my daughter wouldn’t be where she’s at right now!! Rosa , thank you for all your help and god bless you 🙏

My first time going to a therapist and by far the worst experience ever. Please go elsewhere. The owner Rosa Barroso is extremely unprofessional and the staff (therapists) are all younger than me and i am only 29! To have a 24-25 year old girl being the one to try to help me was a waste of time. They do not know what they are doing and also denied me help due to lack of knowledge on their end. I can go on but won’t waste anymore time. If you read this please choose another location believe me it is not worth it.

The Therapy Labs offers amazing therapuetic services for a wide variety of clients and the clinic and are exceptional at what they do. They also offer EMDR and hypnosis specialized therapy. I would highly recommend going to The Therapy Labs for any therapeutic services!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
I called because I wanted to explore therapy for my son due having a hard time focusing and following directions...I specifically said I wanted a professional to tell me if he had ADHD, ADD or whatever since I am not a doctor and how we could help him. I was told I could come in for an evaluation and they'll tell me the course we could take...the "consultation" was 1 hour of me talking about him, I was asked a couple of questions about our family and was then told that they are not able to diagnose children, I would have to take him to his PCP so he could refer him to a psychologist (that was the whole reason why I went there on the 1st place) and on top of that I did not see a therapist it was an intern who told me they could do "play therapy" and somehow that could help him! the "assessment" was not finished in that one session and they wanted me to come again to finish the "assessment"(to charge me twice) these therapies are not covered by insurance so after wasting my time, I was charged $100 just for sitting down with an intern to tell me they could play with him and somehow that would help his behavior and focus! the intern girl was sweet but c'mon what a waste of money! conclusion: I wasted $100 and an hour of work...if I would've gone back to finish the "assessment" it would've been $200 down the drain just to have a conversation...what a rip off...
don't waste your money in this place, they will not diagnose your child, they will charge you even for a consultation that gets you nowhere and you will NOT see a professional, you will see an intern....unbelievable...
