I left a 1-star review after a negative interaction with the scheduling email person. Someone else from this office posted our entire email chain, which included personal and private details. Then they gaslit me for having a negative reaction by writing, "I would like to gently encourage you to evaluate your reaction to the situation, and to not getting your expectations met. You may find this could be affecting you in other areas of your life." Be careful about this place and what they do when they don't like your negative reviews.The therapists should take note about the action of the help. I strongly encourage everyone to stay away from this practice. Don't trust them with your information or your mental health. You're not safe here.

The decision to use the Traveling Therapist was the best one I have ever made. The front office stuff is top notch, kind and compassionate. My therapist Sam Wells, is the best, she is very supportive, and welcoming. Making it very easy to speak with her.

The traveling therapists services are wonderful, they provided snacks and drinks whenever needed and they have created a flexible, comfortable, and safe environment. They’re offices and bathrooms are very clean, nice, and well kept. My therapist Nancy is so kind and fun to talk to she’s really easy to talk to and I know I can trust her, overall very amazing service!

I've been going to The Traveling Therapist for a few years now, and I'd have to say that they're an earnest and amazing company for therapy-related services. I have sessions with Marsha Bernard, and she's always been a very insightful and caring therapist. I would recommend her and many of the other great people they have available at The Traveling Therapist as well! If you're looking for a good service, give it a shot.

We have been seeing Nancy , our Traveling Therapist, for the past two years. She has been wonderful. Each family has unique circumstances that Nancy negotiates very well. Her priority is with the well-being and mental health of our family. I would highly recommend Nancy and the Traveling Therapist services for all families. We have benefited greatly from her visits.

My therapist, Samantha Wills, is amazing. She always seems very engaged during our sessions—treating my struggles as unique problems that need solved rather than running through a script as I’ve had therapists do before. I feel ‘heard’ during our sessions. I have ADHD and she is also very skilled at keeping me on track during our sessions without at all being rude which I very much appreciate. I also appreciate her responses to my situation—she will say only I know best in a situation, but if I ask her for her genuine opinion or advice, she will also give that. Which is both supportive and constructive. Thank you so much, Sam! You’re great.

I would also like to say that the administrative staff, those that work at the front desk as well as the owner, are great too. I had a minor issue when I first started going to this facility, and they were lightning fast to address it. The front desk staff is always very friendly when you come in and always make you feel welcome. 🙂
