Went in few weeks ago, to purchase recovery air boots for my father. When I first walked in, the female red haired sales person was all sprawled out in the chair, like she was at home. Sloppy sight to see. When I asked her about the boots and safety, she was clueless. My father has blood clots and she said they would be safe to use. Luckily I checked with my doctor 1st, who said this would have been dangerous, by dislodging the bloodclot.

Management need to hire more informed people!

Visit the store today just to browse as a post-collegiate athlete in the market for new gadgets. One of the staff there I believe his name is Samar? Was a great help when I asked what each product does for the body. He was very knowledgable in all areas such as body anatomy when using the product, product science and design! I was a big fan of the cupping device definitely on my wish list! What ever you do ask for Samar, you wont regret it!!!

Derek was absolutely amazing! He helped us for almost an hour and we didn't feel rushed even though more and more people were coming in, he acknowledged them but continued to help us. He showed us how to use all the attachments and the video and helped us upload the app and showed us how to use the training videos We appreciate his kindness,

There is absolutely no comparison between reading about the products vs visiting the store. I was just going to try out the Theragun and leave, but Derrick (spelling?) is amazing & absolutely brilliant. He's well versed in science and talking with him had me spending most of the day excitedly nerding out on science and technical aspects of the products.

It's always best to go and try the products out. I prefer purchasing products like this in person if you don't have experience with them. They were competitive w/ online priced. They clearly note which products are good w/ FSA plans. If your company has an FSA plan, use it & buy the best.

I was going to likely buy a competitor's product, but no local competitor had a rep to talk to or an ability to try the products out.

John and Derrick were awesome and I had the best time. I bought the prime theragun model & love it! But I think the in-person experience made the purchase more special and helped me feel confident. I never felt pressured. It was just a fun exchange and I appreciate all the time spent to answer all my questions and let me try so many things out. I had so much fun! Thank you!!!

We walked in here intending to buy a theragun. I'm not sure if it was late and the register was closed or something but the person working here who clearly saw us acted like we weren't even there and just kept talking to a delivery person. There were no other customers. We picked up the display model we were interested in and everything and they never even said hello. Seems like a very bad business strategy. After a few minutes of the cold shoulder we just left.

Do your research before buying a theragun - I bought one, it came dead on arrival. I bought a second one with the intent to return the first - AGAIN dead on arrival. Without massive quality control issues this wouldn’t have happened twice in a row! In reading through Reddit apparently this happened to a lot of people. Awful considering they’re the most expensive massage guns on the market
