I have been going to Therapeutic Oasis for treatment every week since April 2024. I cannot say enough about how amazing Stephanie is. From the moment I began working with her, I felt validated that someone understood what I was experiencing.
I trust her knowledge and expertise to guide me through the traumas of my life and complex neurodivergence. I believe her when she says I will continue to get better, and I am already making good steady progress.
She is helping me develop skills that were previously out of my reach, and has gone out of her way to make sure our work continues. Her gentle suggestions and non-judgemental assurance keeps me focused on achievable goals and a life worth living : )

This is a great facility with high quality care. Prior to Therapeutic Oasis I went through numerous therapists through my insurance that were honestly dangerous to someone in a critical state.

T.O. is willing to work with you financially if you unable to receive care due to affordability. I highly recommend this location to people are dedicated to healing and need specialized treatment.

After 9 months all they could offer is more and more therapy when both my daughter and I expressed dissatisfaction with our personal therapists and the progress. The therapists did not Follow through on that they promised. Anytime I expressed concern that there had not been improvement for my Daughter it was blamed it on someone or something else. At one point I truly felt they were trying to make us feel worse so they could get us to sign up for more sessions. I agree with other reviewers who felt that they were just out to make money and not out to truly help the patient. Their solution was to give my daughter worksheets instead of actual therapy. If it doesn’t feel right, trust your instincts, and run. There are better, compassionate therapists out there who actually practice compassion and empathy and not just talk about mindfulness and breathing.

I’m a former client who returned to the Oasis for a much needed tune-up. All expectations were far exceeded for group and individual DBT therapy! Dr. Nicole Friedman and Dr. Patricia Shutt continue to amaze me with their brilliance and professionalism! They challenged me every step of the way while offering a better understanding of my personal life experiences in real time. Real! Effective! Powerful! I can’t begin to thank them and their wonderful support staff enough for all that they get done! But I’ll try...thanks for being your dynamic selves! Therapeutic Oasis truly is just that. One stop-shop for deep healing.

Amazing group of therapists here, highly recommend dbt if you need it the teachers are great! As well as my personal therapist, Dr Friedman. She is great, best therapist I’ve had! She won’t give up on you and will help in every way she can:) She would analyse my situation and get the root of the problem then work with me on ways to solve or improve the situation from there. She has taught me great skills to use that help my mental health and I will take with me through life. Absolutely love therapeutic oasis and Dr Friedman!

Totally agree with the other 1 star reviews. Used them for many months and saw no results whatsoever! When I tried talking about it with the therapist they said it had to be in session with 2 therapists costing me twice as much. I tried to take advantage of the “free” 10 minute phone conversation but they never obliged. I felt taken advantage of. I thought that with their extra pricy services would come extra special services - I was never so wrong in my life, I actually felt like such a fool when I left. They make you sign away all your rights to any of your own confidential information - in small print - what a scam!
I’m now in a strange situation with my medical insurance after they filed Out of network, on my behalf. Still under investigation - something isn’t right. I really hope it’s human error but doesn’t seem so.

Worst therapists ever. They will lie to your face and tell you how much they care while they are too busy counting their money and buying new outfits. I actually found this detrimental to my health. Go elsewhere for help

I visit the Jupiter location and am continuously amazed at the amount of comfort and peace brought to me by the staff and by Megan. I cannot begin to recommend them enough!
