Therapy with Purpose

The therapist I was working with was great but when I called to let them know I needed to reschedule my session due to not feeling well I was told I'd have to just cancel and was not given an option to reschedule. That therapist did tell me she would be unavailable the following week but made no effort to schedule me after she would be back or even contact me. I was also sent an email about a new policy that they have where they need to have a credit card on file. Why do I need to provide a credit card on file if I was supposedly being fully covered by my insurance to begin with? When I tried to call and find out why I hadn't been contacted or rescheduled I dealt with someone who basically had no clue what they were doing and then wanted to change my date and time for further appointments. I will not ever work with them again since they are obviously unorganized and wouldn't even try to schedule me.

I have been working with Brianna for the last year and half on a weekly basis, and she’s made a significant difference in my life. We have worked together in person and online with depression, anxiety, and postpartum. She has helped me with developing coping techniques, perfectionism, calming my anxiety, understanding my triggers, and so much more. I am beyond thankful for her expertise and constant support. You will not find a better therapist- 10/10 recommend.
