Been coming here for quite a few years, never had any issue. Everyone is friendly from the front staff, technicians, and Dr's. Never have an issue with refilling medications, or the weight loss injections that I'm getting. Amanda is great, listens to what you have to say and very willing to help. Can not recommend enough, and I drive all the way from Cape Coral and will continue too!

I had a frustrating experience trying to transition as a new patient. I was already on a treatment plan with another doctor, and the doctor here initially agreed to start me on a lower dose and monitor my progress, since I had been on a higher dose previously and had not yet taken her medication. However, when I came back today, the receptionist first insisted that I start from the very beginning. I explained that the doctor had agreed to give me a higher dose during my visit with her due to my history, with the plan to monitor it. After some discussion, she agreed to the dose that had been prescribed by their doctor during my initial visit, but when I asked about increasing it today (to what I was on with my prior doctor), she wouldn’t be flexible. Instead, she insisted I had to go through all four rounds of treatment before any increase, even though I had already been treated for this by my prior doctor.

It felt like they were asking me to waste money on a treatment plan I knew wouldn’t work based on my past experience, which was really disappointing.

If you're already in a treatment program with another provider, be prepared that they may not be willing to continue your plan, even if it’s been effective. This lack of flexibility made me feel like my medical history was ignored. It would have been helpful if they had taken more time to understand my situation before asking me to start over and waste money.

Overall, I found the experience more rigid and frustrating than I had hoped for, especially when transitioning care.

I had a huge problem with getting refills on prescriptions. One is an SSRI and the other is for anxiety and panic attacks. They refused to fill either until i am seen. As a physician she should know that there are medical issues that arise when going withou these medications. I even ask for them to call in enough until my appointment in which i was refused. Went to the ER for my SSRI meds only to find out they canceled my appointment and did not even contact me. Be careful when chosing a provider. I had NO LUCK with Dr Luck.

As a type 1 diabetic, it is crucial for me to have insulin or else I will die. Three Oaks Family Medicine and Janet Dominguez have frequently missed renewing my prescriptions without any notification to me, have prescribed the wrong medication, and have threatened to withhold my life saving prescription if I do not visit them frequently enough.

The office is inept and incompetent, and they should be ashamed to practice medicine so dangerously. Because of their incompetence, I nearly died. I do not recommend anyone go here and instead look to Lehigh or Ft. Meyers if needed. It is not worth the ease and convenience given how woefully disappointing their service is.

Pleasant experience from walk in to walk out. All the staff is friendly and actually listen to your issues and concerns, instead of brushing you off or trying to shove you out the door quickly like a lot of other places do. So glad we found this place.
