My therapist was initially amazing prompt and punctual. This new therapist is very unorganized and unresponsive to emails. I really loved this company however the lack of organization is disheartening. The number on file rings to busy and to get a representative is impossible.

4 phone calls in a week with no follow up or response, drop the ball with scheduling everything through email, they've entered information wrong twice so now I'm unable to do paperwork and my appointment was supposed to be 10mins ago and no call from the therapist. I wanted to be a patient but it's impossible and very unorganized from a patient's standpoint, it's been a week wasted dealing with this office.
