Absolutely dishonest. I waited for a call for the phone visit. No call. Do I'm like okay she must be busy. I keep getting charged $135 from them do I called today. Weeks after canceling my account all they said was the Dr contacted me and wrote that the line disconnected. If the line disconnected why wasn't there a call back? Huge ass lie. I will not pay for the scam.

My husband told Bradley Hays he wouldn't write a review, but i never said i wouldn't. Mr. Hays may be good at something, but it's not helping people. After a few visits he had zero advice, suggestions, or even an original thought. My father is a Psychologist with a PhD, we know how things should go when it comes to helping people, and Mr. Hays isn't even close.

Horrible place. Couldn’t make it and had never even gone once before but I didn’t have a ride and was busy with work and they charged me $135. Don’t give your card when they ask and act like it’s just in case you come. They are liars and will steal your money

Amy was nothing short of amazing…made me feel so comfortable and welcome…I 110% recommend her and if the other therapists are as half as good as she is then I would suggest them as well

I love Thriveworks and I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE my therapist, Maylynn! She's 100% the absolute best!! Anytime I've needed her, I can just shoot her an email and she gets back to me pretty quickly! A million out of a million, would definitely recommend!!!

This place is a scam!!! Avoid at all costs. They tell you your insurance covers your appointments then bill you outrageous amounts with no notice! I ended up having to get a new debit card to avoid charges I wasn't even aware of. What should have been getting my stress and anxiety under control caused me a whole lot more. At least give people a heads up before their appointments if there will be charges! And don't tell them it's covered when it's not.

The first appointment never showed up. The second didn’t call in one of my prescriptions. The third and most recent therapist was 20 minutes late. I would recommend this only for patients who already know what meds they need. And only those who have a lot of patience..

It was just a very speedy working through an intake questionnaire, but I did enjoy very much the personality of my counselor. My expectations at this point are very good. I hope I'm not disappointed when we really get to work next Tuesday.
