Sessions are good. Stephanie is so smart. Im learning about people and men. My husband did not treat me right til he inherited money. Stephanie had me to write a letter to my daughter to apologize for not knowing how to be a good mother

Stephanie is very good as a counselor and well versed in her profession. However, I have come to the realization that there is no solution to my problems because I have absolute values concerning honesty in relations with women. This does not seem a value women hold, ergo women have no respect for men. I don’t see a solution since I have held on to these values for a lifetime.

My experience with Thriveworks is a bit of both good and not so good. Martha Shaw is an AMAZING nurse practitioner and has been so helpful and patient. On the other hand, Kathy Henson told me she did not know what is going on with me and that she could not help me. On top of not being "able to help me", she also cancelled my last two appointments with her the morning of due to not feeling well. After speaking with Martha Shaw about Kathy, I decided to give another therapist a try. I messaged the thriveworks email to cancel. I got no response for days so I messaged Kathy Henson the day before and told her I would like to cancel as long as I would not be charged a cancellation fee since I had emailed over three days prior without a response. She cancelled all of the future appointments but sent back no confirmation response or a "best of luck", "I wish you the best".. nothing. And I was charged a cancellation fee of $130 or maybe $135 (I can't remember exactly). I got the fee waved after almost an hour on the phone. Then boom I was charged a copay on the appointment that I had cancelled and gotten my money back for. I give up on the $30 copay but I thought people should know my experience with Kathy Henson. She was not helpful and did not follow through like a therapist should. Again, Martha Shaw has been PHENOMENAL!

Medicare covers this nicely, making it very affordable. Sorry to mention that first but it's that important. My therapist, Katherine Henson has been a tremendous help. I would recommend her to anyone, but she has to reserve a time for me. She's an awesome listener and brings a different perspective on the way things seem. It was quite enlightening. I was nervous starting this, wondering what to say and by the end I now have a better understanding of my situation and have a plan. Thank you Ms. Henson! Yes I would recommend Thriveworks counseling to anyone that has a need. Thank you again! Perry Hanson

I normally don’t leave one star review, but I did with this company. I had one successful session with my therapist Megan, she was nice and a good listener. I thought my journey with this company would have been successful , it was not. I understand she had personal issue after our first session. We were supposed to start on our normal schedule when she got back. Fast forward , our sessions never continued because my therapist did not contact me back , like I sent her in email to reschedule. I sent her an email in august and I still haven’t gotten a response. Also, my psychiatrist, she has not contacted me also and I was supposed to meet up with her in August. Moral of the story if you guys can find a better and more caring facility , I advise you guys to do so. This company is a joke and does not take your mental seriously.

Currently on my 4 phone call to try to resolve an issue. I had an appointment on Dec 2nd. There was confusion on the email link, I reached out to thrivewprks and was literally told to Google the therapist I was placed with. I did. I reached out to no avail. Then they charged me 135 for a missed appointment that I desperately tried to attend, but was given no help and told to Google. I'm on my own in trying to prevent this company from stealing money from me. Cathy Pettis is non responsive and I don't think she cares. I've called 4 times to thrive works and 3 times they told me she would reach out. It's been 2 weeks and they still want my cash for no service. I'm deeply disturbed that a mental health company is in the business of ripping money off of patients who are struggling. Disgusting behavior. *update * I was told to reach out again. As if it's my job to chase down a clinician who never responded and just money grabbed me. I've made 4 email attempts and now 5 calls. Never ever ever try this company especially when in mental crisis.i wish I had never given them a call. How much effort do I have to make to get an appointment or get money back? Who knows, but deep shame on thriveworks

First psychiatrist that I had within this company, and I am more than impressed. After years and lots of psychiatrists, found one that listens and does care about your well being and helps guide me on solutions and what would help better support my mental health, so thank you!

terrible. this agency has been sending me billing statements for the past several months even though i have not had an appointment there since december of last year. i was told the reason for this is because my insurance is not in network with this agency even though this is not true. I have called and talked to a representative with Thriveworks several times and they have let me know that this is a mistake on their part since Thriveworks does take my insurance. Each time I think the issue is resolved, I get another billing statement. There was also a time when $175 was taken out of my account with no reason as to why. i called Thriveworks and they reimbursed me but could not even give me an explanation as to why this happened in the first place. again, i have not had an actual appointment with this agency since last year… at this point, i am having to contact my attorney. this is past a mistake at this point and feels very unethical. i do not recommend Thriveworks in any way whatsoever. If I could give less than one star, I would.
