I will.never use thrive works ever again. Thr company charges 130 dollars as their cancelation policy. This is absolutely absurd being that some people lose their jobs due to mental illnesses. They are also not understanding of urgent last minute matters that can occur. Lastly, a good therapist shouldn't give up on a patient just cause they are hard to open up. I will not seek any of their services, unprofessional, greedy company. I had to give one star so I can post this, I rather have not.

Joni is a vey compasionate, understanding, and open person. Since the first day I met her she has been nothing but kind and welcoming to me. She has such a bubbly and bright personality which makes her perfect for this kind of work. She is also very persistent and open to learning new things. I am so glad to have met her and I think she will do wonderful things.

Thriveworks as been helping me for a while now. The telehealth has been a life saver within this new-normal. The telehealth always works well and never had any technical issues. If you are in need of someone to talk to, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.

Very nice people on the phone to get you setup. And the counselor is very nice as well and very understanding and listens to what you have to say and gives you a comfortable feeling. Would recommend to others who are in need of counseling.

I highly recommend individual therapy with Dr. Lilli! I am so thankful for the amount of mental clarity and inner peace I have experienced! I felt heard and understood and I respected the way in which she allowed me to see how I could do certain things that I didn’t feel capable of doing. Looking forward to more growth!
