Setting up an appointment was very easy. They offer in person and online for those who want it. I love my therapist! She is the first (out of a couple) who have actually listened, validated, and helped improve my overall mood!

You may research and find a great therapist that uses Thriveworks to manage their business. As far as Thriveworks itself goes, their CRM system does not function properly and that will cost you access to the tools provided by your therapist. And may cost you a good therapist in order to prevent costly errors. They send multiple weekly notices regarding a $135 late fee and I'm deciding whether or not I can trust them with this responsibly because their system doesn't work properly. And then of course, I would consider the risk of not receiving the customer service to resolve a financial issue.

Katherine Glaser is a truly kind and engaging person to have in your corner. I followed Kate to Thriveworks from her previous practice. She has been guiding me through a rollercoaster of emotional trauma with sincere compassion. Her suggestions for books and other reading materials regarding my specific mental health needs have also been fantastic. My counselor was very nice. My big problem is scheduling and billing. I was told one date by the counselor and then get another date texted to my phone. I had to call thrive works twice (about 20 mins calls) just to confirm when it was scheduled. I ended up having to schedule a time that was inconvenient for me and was not what my counselor offered in the first place. My portal states I owe $135 for missing a session but won’t let me pay online. I call to close my account and the billing rep wouldn’t send me a paper statement to pay. She said I would have to put a card on file. Which I am not comfortable with bc I am leaving the service AND I have not been told if my insurance is covering my 2 visits seen by counselor. I am leaving thriveworks as I reached out to them for peace of mind and not extra trouble.

Annielle Timmons is amazing. She has helped me so much, more than any other mental health professional I've ever worked with. She is a great therapist, and is the best listener I've ever met. She has even taught me a lot about responsive listening. She's helped me through a lot of really tough times, and helped me learn a lot about myself so I can continue to grow and become the best version of myself. She's so understanding and non-judgmental. I cannot recommend her enough!
