PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT/BANK CARD INFO!!! SCAMMERS!!!
If I could give this place a zero I would! What a mistake it was to call them to find out the cost of a visit for my son. I don't know how they allowed me (not the client) to schedule an appt without the confirmation of the client. They took my credit card info even before telling me what the cost would be, then to tell me I have to call the insurance company to find out the visit fees.
It's bad enough what I have been going through to then have this as an added stress... YOU PEOPLE ARE HORRIBLE TO FIRST TIME CLIENTS!!!!!
My next letter is going to be to Blue Cross Blue Shield for having them in their network.
TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

I wish I could give this place a zero. I never had a chance to even step one foot inside the office on my first visit before my appointment was canceled and charged $150. while I was on the phone with one of their receptionist after numerous attempts to get the proper address, as for the address that is listed online for west palm office took me to Embassy suite hotel. After numerous attempts to get in touch with them, someone picked up the phone. I clearly explained to her that I have a nine o’clock appointment and the address that is listed online for west palm beach office took me to embassy hotel and wanted to know if this was the proper address because I didn’t see any suite number
She said that she would have to look into my chart and I was asked several questions about my daughter and myself to verify that it was the right account. Again, I said to her just tell me if this is the place because I don’t want to miss my appointment. She put me on hold and said she would google map the address. Just for her to came back on the phone to tell me that I would need to reschedule because it was now 15 minutes past my appointment. All I needed was the proper address and she never tell me the address after pleading with her for it because according to her she had to go through all my information, questions before giving out the address. And now they want to charge me $150 for no show. Imagine my first time appointment with them. First, first, first. this place is a scam, Stay away.

These people are ridiculous. My sister in law is sick and cannot make her appointment 36 hours from now. Because it was not cancelled 48 hours in advance, they are charging us for the session. $135. I asked to speak to the supervisor, who couldn’t give me his full name. Joe D, is the person in charge. He should not be in this position. We will be taking our business elsewhere. These people are not in any position to be in the “helping field.”

My first experience with Thriveworks was an excellent one! The registration and appointment process was shockingly easy and painless. The facility is located in a building shared with a large chain hotel and was a bit tricky to find but I asked the front desk at the hotel and they told me how to find it. The office is small but nice and I was impressed that it had a full coffee/tea/beverage bar available in the lobby. The therapist was understanding, patient, kind and went out her way to accommodate me, even though I made an error with the way the appointment was made. The first session was supposed to be just for intake, but it turned out to be a great kickoff as well. I am confident that I chose the right facility and the right person to help me and my family. Enthusiastic 5 stars!

I had a horrible experience with the billing department today.
They charged me for four sessions from last year, all at once today.
They don't even contact me or try to inform me of their mistake? They Just decide that they can pull the cost of four sessions whenever they want.
After the first two people. I finally talked to someone decent, after 2 hours of back and forth.
I had to walk these people through setting up a payment plan, it was unbelievable. They played games with me for an hour, they couldn't find a manager or a supervisor.
Stop wasting time and treat people fair. I'll be quitting my service with this company. Thanks.
