Caitlin is fabulous! She is very compassionate, warm, and extremely easy to talk to. I immediately felt comfortable opening up to her and did not feel judged. I struggle with anxiety and she was understanding, but also firm and not enabling, which I appreciate. She pointed out by bad behaviors/coping skills and taught me new techniques. After my tumultuous divorce I needed some help processing what happened. Caitlin both lended an empathetic ear and called me out on inappropriate thought processes. She helped me recognize some of my triggers and find healthy was to avoid them or deal with them if they occur. She was very easy to talk to and I never felt judged. Although seeing someone in person is nice, it is just not possible with my schedule. I recommend her as a therapist and plan on continuing to see her.
