My son's appointment was at 1:15pm it was 2:00pm and I was still waiting for the doctor. I asked the MA for a doctor's note that I needed to provide for my child's school she did not give me it I asked the doctor as well and she said she would have the MA provide it. The MA arrived and never gave me it 2:40 and I was still sitting there waiting. It's frustrating that they ignore you and wait for you to leave instead of providing the service. I have tried changing facilitiy but haven't been able to I have taken my son here for the past 4years and it's always the same terrible service and it's always new doctors and new MA providing the terrible service.

the worst clinic I know, the worst doctors and nurses! you have to wait looooong for a doctor to come to the office, they don't treat or help. I don't recommend this clinic to anyone.Zero stars.

This worst clinic ever please report them to medical they don’t care about kids vaccination. They don’t schedule follow up appointments once they do at the last minute they call and say appointment is cancelled because the provider had emergency.

TVHC has a very nice facility and offers you like range of services that are needed. The most important part is the stuff they are very friendly and knowledgeable. Especially after my PCP retired I was moved to this facility and I have been happy ever since they have everything from podiatry PCP and even dentistry you cannot go wrong. And did I mention how friendly the staff are?

This tiburcio Vasquez is the worst, I get a call 12 minutes prior to my appointment while parked in the parking lot of tiburcio Vasquez to then be told my dr only sees pediatrics today. When I’ve been getting callas all week about my appointment and not once did anyone prior mention this. This is very unprofessional. I have never had issues like this from the Hayward location. It’s very frustrating when you are taking you health concerns serious and your DOCTORS OFFICE DOES NOT!

100% report them to the medical board. They are a DISGRACE. Despite telling them about stomach issues for TWO YEARS they don’t schedule even a general appointment.

I’ve seen my aunt and mother arrive to their appointments, only for them to say the referral, the doctor, the appointment is no longer available or valid. They’ve scheduled the wrong appointment 4 TIMES and turned both away, claiming they’ll have to wait another month for the “earliest appointment.”

Rude, unprofessional, read the wrong medical chart MORE THAN ONCE. HIPPA violation anyone?

The worst part is I see them do this the most to our immigrant community. DISGRACE and should be 100% reported to the California medical board. Why do they need 8 CFOs and CEOs with this third-world country treatment?

My mother has a horrible experience here, she went fasting for lab work and they told her they didn't have the order from the doctor, this is the second time they do this to her and no one seem to helpful or nice enough to help her. Very bad service and rude receptionist
