Beautiful atmosphere like no other. Walking in is like walking into a day spa. You instantly feel relaxed and at peace. The staff is friendly, easy to talk to, and Tides of Mind has an extensive group of clinicians that will most certainly suit your needs. I highly recommend Tides of Mind Counseling. Nothing but the best.

Does anyone know if this pace is still open? I’ve called there at least three times a day for five days, have left messages and absolutely no calls back. Then I went online did the pre intake form submitted it and selected the date and time slot for the call. A week later got ready for the call but no call. Tried to call there, selected every option still no one picked up. What is up with this place? I know mental health issues right now are at an all time high but no secretary?

So excited to have found a good mental health practice local to me! The renovations are beautiful and as soon as you walk in you can feel the comforting and welcoming environment! Highly recommend! Just what the community needed 🙂

The place is packed, they are booked solidly for months on end leaving them only appts for 2 p.m and morning appts.If you work and can't make it until 3 forget it, you aren't going to get into this facility.... I tried to book an appt for 3 weeks out and they were still booked. They aren't flexible. They won't fit you in not even if you are willing to wait. They won't work with you so that it works for your schedule. Its not just a few of their therapists it every single last one of them. All 14 therapists are booked for weeks out. After finding out all of their availability it was 9:30 a.m and 1 or 2 p.m... Most people work during those times. Why are they seemingly the only mental health providers in the Torrington area and they don't have any availability? I feel like I if don't find a way to fit them in my schedule I won't find a therapist because every therapist off psychology today in torrington worked here with their non-flexible appts ?

Therapist stopped returning texts and phone calls back in April. It was like she just stopped caring about the child with suicidal thoughts she was "treating" :/
