I had the pleasure of touring Tikvah Lake and spending time with several of the staff members. As a professional in the industry, it’s extremely valuable to know treatment programs and the staff implementing those programs. After a day and a half learning about Tikvah Lake I’m confident in sending clients there. I know they will be taken care of in every aspect from their hospitality team to their clinical team. They go to great lengths to treat each of their guests uniquely and individually in designing a treatment plan and meeting them where they are at. The accommodations are top tier and the attention to detail and care are impressive. Outstanding in what you do Tikvah Lake!

I waited awhile before writing a review to cool down. Didn't work. I am still furious. I paid $20K for 10 days at this "rehab." It was a total ripoff. And I have no one but myself to blame. There is no "program" here. Just a bunch of barely qualified therapists who are there to cram AA down your throat. There is no medical component, just a nurse practitioner who showed the first day and disappeared. The food, when the "chef" was actually there, was abominable. It is just another Florida rehab warehouse, though with nice rooms. The worst was the financial shenanigans. I paid $20K and the deal was, they would collect any money from my insurance company. IN ADDITION TO the $20,000. There was a woman there who paid $600 LESS per day than I did. For that kind of money you can go to a REAL treatment center with REAL qualifications and a REAL daily program. DO NOT GO HERE. I was sober exactly two days after I left. And right now I am absolutely out of time and out of money and I owe it all to Tikvah. Thanks guys for a horrid experience. I don't know how the people who run this place can live with themselves, especially the admissions person.

My experience here was top notch. The therapists were amazing and were able to provide me the tools I need for adopting a completely new lifestyle. The staff were very caring and accommodating. Administration also cared on a deep level and helped me with my situation. 10/10. Gold star for Katherine especially!

Tikvah Lake was the perfect place for me to start my own path of Recovery. The concierges are the most helpful, kind and caring individuals that I have met in a setting like this. They truly and deeply care for all of the guests in the house. The one on o e therapy sessions and group sessions occur once a day every day of the week and are very helpful and insightful. I cannot say enough about the therapists that are giving you treatment. They are very knowledgeable and experienced within the field of addiction and mental health. I would recommend Tikvah Lake to my loved ones and anyone that is seeking therapy and recovery.

5-Star Review for Tikviah Lake Recovery

I cannot express enough gratitude for my experience at Tikviah Lake Recovery. From the moment I drove up to the beautiful property, I felt an overwhelming sense of peace and hope. The stunning house, picturesque grounds, and inviting swimming pool and Jacuzzi immediately set a positive tone for my stay.

Upon entering, I was warmly greeted by two incredibly kind staff members who made me feel welcome and cared for right away. The respect and compassion shown by everyone at Tikviah Lake were truly heartwarming. The facility itself is comfortable and private, with my own room featuring an ensuite bathroom and shower, which greatly contributed to my sense of comfort and safety.

The meals were absolutely fantastic. I was there for Thanksgiving, and we were treated to an incredible prime rib dinner! The staff took care of all my meal needs, ensuring I was well-fed and satisfied throughout my stay.

What impressed me even more was the staff's willingness to assist with outside appointments and errands. They were more than happy to take me to my doctor’s appointment and even to the store when I needed to pick up a few essentials.

Overall, my experience at Tikviah Lake Recovery was transformative. The supportive environment and dedicated staff made a significant difference in my journey toward recovery. I wholeheartedly recommend Tikviah Lake to anyone struggling with substance abuse or mental health issues. If you’re considering a dual diagnosis rehab, this is the place to go. Thank you, Tikviah Lake, for everything!

Being fully transparent, I have gone to rehab twice including with Tikvah. The first time I ever went it was good but there wasn’t enough of individualized therapy sessions that I needed for myself. With Tikvah, I’ve gained coping skills, and they helped me get to the root of my addiction. The 1on1 therapy sessions helped me immensely and helped me see things with a different perspective. All of the staff (therapists, Zach with onboarding, and staff with the day-to-day stuff) are absolutely amazing. They truly care about you as a person and want to help you get back to a normal life that consists with your morals and healthy lifestyle outside of addiction. 10000% highly recommend.

Tikvah Lake was, by far, the best experience I could have asked for while in treatment. They provide phenomenal therapy that assisted me in working through the underlying issues of my addiction. Katherine goes above and beyond and unlike most facilities, cares about each individual that walks through the door. It shows. Mary, Lesley and Angel are absolutely phenomenal at making this place feel like a home while here. Additionally, bonus, they have a five star chef that I couldn’t boast enough. The other therapists at the facility (Byron is amazing and David too) changed my perception on life and staying sober.
I was there for 30 days and if you’re looking for a luxury treatment facility that will change your life and get you on the right path, I highly recommend Tikvah Lake.

Disclaimer: I am using a pen name for purposes of anonymity. Five stars for most of the concierge staff and therapists. One star for clinical director and upper management/operations.

I determined that I needed to go someplace where I would be therapeutically healed and I found Tikvah on my own. Tikvah Lake is a place for business professionals, such as myself. Monday through Friday consisted of one and a half hours of one-on-one therapy per day and free time where I was able to work and stay in touch with the outside world. Phones and computers are not taken away from you and you are treated with respect and dignity. Their were multiple amenities. There is a chef (GIOlicious) who prepares finely cooked daily meals. There were expert concierges. Namely, Mary, Leslie, and Victoria, who were absolute delights to deal with. We became like a family. We became friends, and I will cherish the memories with them. The mansion is set on a lake and six clients are only taken at a time. The care is so personable. Leslie and Mary continuously went out of their way for me whether it was running errands or just being my friend. Victoria was fantastic to talk to and provided the support that I needed as a friend. The therapists are well educated and well-versed in what they do - Byron and Jimmy were fantastic and I’ve learned strategies here that I’ve learned nowhere else. David the therapist was great too but he was let go the day after Milton. How unprofessional is it to terminate someone the day after a natural disaster when the county and surrounding areas were stricken by Milton? Wendy, the behavioral health practitioner was wonderful and a delight to talk to. I did not care for the clinical Director or the staff above her. The clinical director is newer to sobriety and lacks the experience that the other therapists do. In my opinion, the two therapists that I mentioned, should be contenders for her job. Meryn and Clair need to go. It’s not appropriate come to work at a rehab stinking like marijuana. It’s not appropriate to steal Tikvah’s food, cook it and then take it home. Nor is it appropriate to talk down to a client. Now let’s talk about hurricane Milton. From an operational standpoint (higher ups) the place was completely unprepared and pathetically disorganized. I happened to be the only guest that at the Tikvah Lake house; two of the other guests from one of the other facilities were brought over the day before the hurricane to take up residence at Tikvah. Additionally, the clinical director (who was injured from an injury, not relating to the hurricane and made it known that she was on pain meds) her mother and daughter took up residence here which was highly inappropriate and unprofessional. Let’s get back to the unprepared for the hurricane part. The higher-ups were told by the lead concierge that there were certain needs that needed to be met for the guests - they obviously didn’t listen…I will say, that once the higher management found out about the no running water and no generator after the hurricane, he whisked us off to West Palm Beach. Ever since the hurricane everything at Tikvah was different. Although I felt completely welcomed by Mary, Leslie and Victoria, as well as Byron and Jimmy, I felt a sense of uncomfortableness because of the way the entire operation was being run. I could go on and on about the goods and the bads. From a therapeutical standpoint, I have never gotten such care as I did from Byron and Jimmy. From a concierge standpoint, Mary, Leslie and Victoria were fantastic. Upper management is completely disorganized. Now let’s get to my departure. Today is Wednesday, October 23. Yesterday at noon I was told that I had to leave today. The clinical director did not complete my discharge nor was any after care set up. The fact that I was told I was leaving less than 24 hours before my flight, which I had to schedule last minute, was inappropriate, especially for a person who has been away from home for the amount of time that I have. Like I said I’m 50-50.
