I would strongly advise any parent who cares about the emotional and mental well-being of their child to reconsider enrolling them at this daycare. As someone who worked here as a shadow to a special needs child, I witnessed firsthand some deeply troubling practices that have stayed with me even a year later.

The staff frequently yelled at the children, often at the top of their lungs, creating a hostile and frightening environment. I observed behaviors that could potentially lead to significant self-esteem issues for many of the kids. This is not a safe or nurturing place for children, especially those with special needs.

If your child is currently enrolled, I urge you to monitor them closely for signs of distress or anxiety and consider finding a healthier, more supportive environment. This daycare even triggered my PTSD from past childhood trauma due to the constant yelling and lack of empathy shown to children.

I have never felt compelled to leave a negative review in my career, but the distressing experiences I witnessed here cannot go unmentioned. It took me a year of reflection to come to this decision, and I feel it is necessary to speak up for the sake of the children currently in their care.

Parents, please be cautious and prioritize your child's emotional safety.

If I could do less stars I would. I never sent my child to this school, I took her here for a tour and couldn’t wait to leave!! Walking in I noticed right away how disorganized it was behind their counter and back room. Some tall lady gave us the tour and 2 minutes in yelled at a young boy so loud it scared me, imagine her yelling at your child like that and you not being there to defend them. The rooms were small and over crowded, like sticking clowns in the clown car..as many as you can!! I was told that everyone there is fully qualified for this job. There was dirt everywhere.

I’d like to point out that if you choose this school you better be prepared to sign your child’s life away!! Enrollment papers would make you sign to never sue in cases of negligence, injury, death.
Basically saying that if any of us injure or kill your child due to our negligence you can’t do anything about it ?‍♀️

The only nice thing I have to say about my short 15 min tour was that they have a nice outdoor splash pad that’s pretty new but that’s it.

Whole place seems like a safety hazard.

If you care for your child then take them to an elementary/public/private more expensive school

My 2 kids attend Tiny Town. There are two main reasons they ended up here. One, the reviews online not only described how beautiful the place is or how nice the teachers are, they more importantly defined other parent’s feelings of gratitude for the educational advances of their kids. The parent’s words on how they felt they were ready for Kindergarten thanks to Tiny Town sold me. The second reason is that even though we showed up almost by closing time, Ms. Mercy went out of her way to show us the Day Care and to provide us all the necessary information to ensure that we were prepared for enrollment. Almost 3 years after that first visit, I know we made the right choice because my older son is thriving while attending the daycare. He is a very outspoken, outgoing kid who is communicating in both English and Spanish. The younger one just started crawling and eating solids and he couldn’t be in better hands. Whenever they seem to be sick or uncomfortable, I have been contacted right away and even when my older son is not behaving right (something on which we are working together) I take comfort in knowing that I am contacted immediately. My son respects and loves the director, she is firm and strong but caring, which I consider necessary to discipline kids. The facilities are constantly being updated with new furniture and educational material. All in all, this daycare is amazing, and I will continue to send my kids here.

My son has attended Tiny Town for the past two years, and he's had a wonderful experience. He loves his school, teachers, and staff in general, and he has learned a lot. The school may not be the prettiest or biggest, but they've taken great care of my son in a family type environment. The staff has always been pleasant and helpful, and both my son and I have very nice memories of his time there. His teachers for the past two years were excellent....kind, helpful, communicative, and worked well with me all the time. I am grateful for his teachers for being so attentive, teaching him well, and taking such great care of him. I am also grateful for the office staff, who has always been nice & approachable.

My almost nine year old son was schooled in Tiny Town until was time for kindergarten and he was well prepared for that change. The Director and staff where always there to resolve any issues and to support us as parents. no complaints.
Now we have a two yr. old that loves the center and it's teachers and that is also ready for kindergarten, knowing colors , shapes, numbers, etc.
The staff is very understanding and helpful, very respectful of parents that show respect.

I am ecstatic to have my child attend this school. They have been exceptional with taking precautions to dealing with the COVID 19 pandemic. The front office staff is always warm and accommodating. I especially love my child’s teacher. My child has grown immensely, with his social skills. When I pick him up, he doesn’t my to go home.

My daughter attends this Center. She’s been coming here since 11 months old, she’s now 5yrs old. I’ve never had any issues whatsoever. Every morning she’s super excited to go to school. The staff is very kind, their hours of operation works well with my morning schedule . She’s learning very well. My son also attended this facility, he is now in 2nd grade. They prepared him well for elementary school.

My son went to Tiny Town 3 years ago for 2 years and we loved it. The school is very simple but the people that works there are very nice. Never had a problem there and he was reading in Kindergarten. My almost 10 months baby is going there too.
