Being that I have ELC, I looked into the learning tree but still got quoted over $100 weekly which is weird because the daycare down the road followed the ELC policy and is $40 a week thank goodness or I wouldn’t be able to afford and go to work. When I asked why it was so high even with ELC she said “I have to pay my mortgage”

I am so pleased with the care my daughter and family receive at this daycare. The staff is always professional, they follow strict guidelines to ensure children’s safety, and they are so great with the kids. My daughter has learned so much since attending because they have a true curriculum and routine. It is also very comforting that they are extremely transparent and allow you to walk into your child’s classroom and drop them off/pick up so you don’t have to wonder what goes on behind closed doors. We are very thankful for TLC Learning Tree and highly recommend to anyone needing childcare.

This daycare center is hands down the best. Moving to a new area after being DV survivors was extremely hard, and so was trusting anyone with my precious baby girl. I searched every day care center within a 15 mile radius and this is the one that stood out to me. The director and staff truly care and love what they do. My baby comes home clean, happy, with new things she's learned each day and knows she is loved by all her teachers. I thank God for TLC!

TLC Learning Tree has been a wonderful and caring preschool. I love how attentive and interactive they are with my son. They make sure all activities and care are kept up with in the brightwheel app so you know everything that’s going on all day. If you have any questions or concerns you can ask any teacher or director and they make sure what you may ask or need is taken care of right away to the best of their ability. My son has been going to TLC Learning Tree for the past year and I don’t have any complaints highly recommend preschool.

I would give TLC learning tree a 6/5 stars if I could! Dropping my child off at daycare for the first time was incredibly difficult but they have more than assuaged that concern and I consider them such a crucial part of his social development he has an ifsp For being developmentally behind after almost six months with them He is almost fully on track with his speech problem solving communication and gross motor skills. The amount of love and care they pour into each child, ensuring they give each individual child their attention, even when they are working with other kids in the room, or the child isn't a student in their class makes me feel that I not only made the right decision in child care but that I also made the best possible decision for my child. I can not recommend their staff enough specially their assistant director an director Who I Constantly feel truly truly care about us.As parents they're always checking on me an my family and, if you could see the smile on my child's face when he sees them in the morning, you'd know that was endorsement enough!

As a parent, it's incredibly distressing to feel like your concerns aren't being taken seriously, especially when it involves the well-being of your child.

My 3-year-old daughter attended TLC Learning Tree and was recently expelled due to what was termed as "bad" behavior. She has an Individualized Education Program (IEP) for social development issues, and it's been a challenging journey navigating her needs within an educational environment.

One incident that deeply troubled me was when my daughter accused a teacher of hitting her. Instead of conducting a thorough investigation, I was informed that it wasn't necessary because they were confident in their staff. This lack of accountability was concerning, to say the least.

Following this incident, it seemed like my daughter encountered more disciplinary issues at the center. While I understand that managing behavior in young children can be complex, I firmly believe that mistreatment or mishandling of situations can exacerbate these issues.

I felt particularly troubled by the response of the staff, notably Ms. Nicky, who seemed dismissive of my concerns and contributed to a feeling of being gaslighted. It's heartbreaking to witness your child struggle in an environment where they should feel safe and supported.

Despite my efforts to address the situation, it became increasingly evident that TLC Learning Tree wasn't the best fit for my daughter. She exhibited reluctance to attend, and her behavior seemed to worsen despite my proactive approach to drop her off and pick her up early.

While it's disheartening that it had to come to this, perhaps it's for the best that my daughter transitions to a different educational setting where her needs can be better met.

Overall, my experience with TLC Learning Tree has left me feeling disillusioned and saddened by the lack of empathy and understanding towards my daughter's unique challenges. I hope that this review serves as constructive feedback for the center to reflect on their practices and strive for improvements in supporting children with diverse needs.

A great preschool and after school pickup. Reliable, honest caring, and safe place for your children. Teachers are great with children and are teaching lessons preparing them for school. Best early childhood experience and love shows in the children that are important to everyone here.
