TLC therapy at the Crystal Springs location is one of the best therapy centers I've encountered. The staff is top-notch. They are patient, professional, and compassionate individuals who really want you to get better. They care for their patients. Colby is a very experienced and skilled physical therapist. He helped me so much with my shoulder and neck pain. Jake is the support staff, which is always making sure you're doing your therapy correctly. You never feel ignored at this center, which sets them apart from other centers I've encountered. They do make you feel welcome. Ms. Katherine is the receptionist, which always greets you with a smile. Her laughter is infectious. I highly recommend TLC therapy Crystal Springs. You won't be disappointed. I wasn't.

I feel like at this location the employees treated me with respect and professionalism. They have been nothing short of providing excellent customer service. They pushed me to complete my therapy, which I needed in order to be successful. My pain is all gone and I have full use of my arm again.
On another note, I find it absolutely ludicrous that they are open during natural disaster. There is a hurricane arriving today, and these people are working. There is absolutely no scenario that they should be open today or the day after when the local officials are saying stay home unless it's an emergency. No one will benefit from putting lives in danger by going to physical therapy. Any company that has the best interest of employees and clients would shut down until all is clear. You close and pay your employees if you care about them. I actually felt bad about going in knowing the employees have homes and families to take care of. It's a category 4 hurricane for God's sake close shop. No one has ever said, "Oh no, I must have my therapy today regardless of the danger it puts people in." A reputable company would be more concerned for the clients and employees. This is to whoever disregards local officials and goes on like it's a normal day. Sometimes you need to use common sense, and take the safety of clients and employees into these decisions.
Otherwise, I thank all of you for taking care of me and making sure my therapy is a success. Colby, Jake, and Catherine, you all are Fabulous!!
Just 1 more thought, I do love the t-shirt, but for women maybe v- neck would be nice.
Thank you for all your great service.

I walked in the first visit with a severe limp and a brace. 4 weeks later, no brace and almost back to my original range of motion. I would recommend this clinic for everyone. The entire team is so nice and treat you as a friend. Big shout out for Peggy! She rocks and I can tell she really enjoys what she does. Her laugh carries you through the hard parts of the treatment. She is the best!

I wanted to share this, maybe things have changed. I went two years ago and it was a horrific experience. On the first visit the therapist left fingernail marks on my neck that still appeared 4 hours after the appointment. (I still have the pictures.) She wore no gloves when doing the treatment. When they did my evaluation they wrote everything on a blank piece of paper instead of a form. Whenever they did the final evaluation, they accidentally or intentionally inverted the results. Saying my damaged area was stronger than my dominant area that was not injured. (This would falsely show exaggerated results that weren’t true for their own personal evaluation points.) My appointments were usually at the end of the day and it was a hit and miss on the level of professionalism. My therapist would have a great day one day and the next visit she was a full blown Karen. While doing exercises I would let her know when I started to experience pain and she would say things like “I don’t care if you hurt.” Not having complete access to my medical records, I was sent to address multiple areas of concern with yet an unknown diagnosis. I was always polite and would ask questions about things to improve my condition. I was never threatening or anything like that. When you’re hurting you just want to feel better. There was no cool down. No ice or heat. No electronic stimulation. No massage. It was answer questions, do my exercises, and leave. I continued to attend my appointments and disregarded my gut instinct. At my last visit my therapist said, “I’m about to retire and I don’t want to lose my retirement because of you. If you were ever referred to me ever again I would refuse the referral unless your doctor sent me all of your medical records.” Fact was, I was always honest and answered questions about my past medical history. There were three areas the doctors were looking at but all she was assigned to was one. Needless when you’re having numbness, tingling, and weakness it might be best to see if the exercises being asked to perform weren’t causing other areas to flair up. She didn’t care because she was ready to retire. I paid the price of bad care because of her personal life.

I would say if you ever have a medical professional take their day out on you. If they don’t follow clinical etiquette and trim their nails or wear gloves. If they are recording medical data on a blank piece of paper and not a company form. Then it’s best to go somewhere else.

Hopefully it has changed in that time.

My issue with TLC is with the billing department. I have attempted to contact the billing department multiple times, leaving detailed messages about my concerns and never get a return call back. I have made multiple payments which total the amount balance, and yet I continue to get statements with the same amount owed and an itemized bill of dates services received with no reflection of amount paid (checks have cleared my bank) VERY POOR CONSTOMER SERVICE!!! Shady business practice! I work in health care myself, and although this complaint is not directly related to the therapy services, I would steer clear from this therapy due to the billing department (voice message even says "do to lack of employees...it may take up to 24 hours for a call back). It has taken 6 months of multiple calls, a written letter and still no return call. My next step is to contact the better business bureau and file a formal complaint.
