Dr Kimberly was amazing! We had already been 2 places, and didn’t get the care we should have, but Dr Kimberly was perfect! She genuinely cares! She listened, and did all she could, and is doing all she can, to find out what’s going on with my son, and help us fix it! The nurses were great! The front receptionists were exceptionally amazing! Great experience from going in, until we left! The lady who did the brace fitting, was amazing also! Thank you to the whole office!!

I walked in to urgent care. The intake process was easy and efficient. Everyone was very pleasant. Kimberly Mendoza was very professional and personable. She explained my issue in understandable language, and prescribed medication to address my symptoms. Very appreciative of the good care received.

PA Kimberly Mendoza is a very thorough doctor with just the right amount of bedside manners to put everyone at ease. She was patient in explaining the X-ray, diagnosis and what was to follow.
I will mention that even though it was urgent care “walk in,” the wait after checking in was “extremely” long. Still good service and care for my 14 year old Grandson, who was seen due to an injury to his hand.

The team at TOC works fast. I was checked in and seen in less than 15 minutes. The X-rays were quick and accurate. Kimberly cam in and we discussed my situation and we agreed and a course of treatment. She and the staff were professional and kind. I’ll be back as I appreciate that quality of care.

this facility is unusual for a health care facility because Everything seemed to run extremely smoothly, and we were seen very quickly, even as a walk-in. Everybody at the facility was extremely nice, and I would highly recommend using this clinic if you’re ever in need of anything orthopedic. I would rate it higher than 5 stars if that was an option!!!
