I was very impressed when I walked in the door.. The receptionists were very kind and professional…. The waiting area was very clean. I was referred to Dr. Dec for pain management. He was very professional and kind. He took time and explained everything to me. When I went back for the epidural he explained as he was performing the procedure I got a little anxious and he calmed me down. I highly recommend him to everyone in need of pain management. His nurse is really Awesome as well! She is very kind and understanding. They are both Great and Awesome people! They both get. 5 stars from me! Thank you both so much for what you do!

Dr. Shores was great taking care of my 99 year old mother. He was very patient and listened carefully which now a days is rare. He put my mother on a good monitoring program to manage her pain. He was very informative and understood the needs of a 99 year old and her limitations. I recommend him highly.

I was very impressed with TOC. The front desk staff were helpful. The x-ray tech Alex was very friendly. The PA was knowledgeable and compassionate. I am pleased that I was seen quickly and was able to get an x-ray and orthotics in the office without having to drive to another facility.

My first office visit was impressive. The staff quickly called me back to a patient room and Dr. Shores came into the room within a few minutes after my arrival. He evaluated my concerns and gave options for treatment, each of which he outlined in detail. I greatly appreciated the fact that he was direct and to the point in diagnosing and offering suggestions on options to pursue.

No one wants to go to the doctors. It's a have to. But everyone at TOC Now was wonderful. I'm a straight forward person. No beating around the bush. Brandon was honest and caring. Took his time to listen. The evaluation was done and the after care by the nurses was phenomenal. Felt like they cared, not just for the money. They all deserve gold stars!

Visited with an ankle injury and was worried surgery might be necessary. Brandon came in the room with a big smile and got right down to business. He did a physical evaluation, gave me a diagnosis and care plan and asked if I had any questions. Succinct and efficient. Made good use of my time while making me feel like a priority. Very happy with my visit to TOC.
