Tonia has a relaxed and very empathic presence. She meets you right where you are. She follows her intuition effectively. She brings herself fully. I enjoyed doing parts work (IFS - Internal Family Systems) as well as Brainspotting with her and experienced very deep and healing processes. I felt very supported and (emotionally) held by her.
