Total Life Counseling

We love total life counseling. Mackenzie the receptionist is so friendly, helpful and patient. She always greets us with enthusiasm! We love our therapist as she is so accommodating with her appointments. She connects with my teens and provides a safe environment for them to express themselves.

Josh Adams is a great therapist. I've just seen him for a few months and I'm already seeing a tremendous difference in my life. He is kind and helpful. He is really focused on helping you with your problems by listening and offering constructive suggestions in a gentle manner. He has always shown a sincere commitment to bettering my well being despite my health challenges. I'm really grateful to have met and worked with him. He is really great!

This place is absolutely amazing. It has been a huge contribution towards my healing. This place is not your average In-N-Out next client after next client, the professionals here actually care about their clients from the leadership/Owner of the business down to its employees. Particularly Sam Hinez. It is an amazing atmosphere when your employees speak highly of their bosses. I am a firm believer that when your employees are happy they tend to do an even better job with their clients and from a client's perspective that can truly be felt. I'm very grateful for this place they truly have made a great impact on my life.

Therapists are warm and caring, easy to get appointment times that are convenient for you and different types of specialties. I would highly recommend this place for any type of need.

Very clean, quiet, and professional. Staff are courteous and to the point, office is quiet with white noise so you can't hear other client's sessions. Overall very comfortable and welcome. The complex the office is in has several fountains which is very soothing if you have some time after a session.

I have been going to Total Life for years now. Allison Dukat is the most patient understanding and compassionate counselor. Tami the front office receptionist is always friendly and helpful. I recommend this practice.
