Joe is absolutely amazing. He has helped my husband and my mother with PT over the years. My husband had a knee replacement and a broken clavicle, and my mother had a knee replacement. Their surgeons were very happy with the PT that Joe provided. I am very thankful for Joe and highly recommend Total Sports Therapy.

I came to Joe after a knee surgery, completely unable to weight bare. He created an entire plan and in a matter of a few weeks I was on my way to a full recovery! He is not only kind but also very intelligent; every time I felt pain during an exercise he knew just how to adjust it to eliminate the pain but still stimulate the muscle. I was so impressed, I brought my grandmother as well who has been experiencing low back pain, and she is feeling better than ever. Im so happy I found someone who was willing to listen to me and put so much effort into my recovery. Can’t say enough great things about Joe and the entire staff here!

Total Sports Therapy, North Phoenix/Anthem on North Valley Parkway is such an excellent facility. I was sent to them by my PCP last fall for strengthening and balance prior to a right knee total replacement and saw Kristen who helped prepare me for getting the best results post-surgery. I am now 2 1/2 months post op and receiving therapy from Joe (the owner), and my recovery has been remarkable. Joe and his team are like a family, and they welcome you with open arms as soon as you step into their facility. They provide a very positive environment with a friendly, helpful, and an interactive staff. Joe and his therapists take a whole body, hands-on approach and you will receive one-on-one care, tailored for your exact needs. Each staff member listens to your concerns, asks questions, and works with you to reach your goals. I am also preparing for a left total hip replacement in 3 weeks, and Joe and his staff have been totally understanding and have modified my knee therapy to accommodate my hip pain. Kudos to Joe for putting together a remarkable facility and staff! There is no doubt I will continue to receive all my PT care from Joe and his team. To each of you - THANK YOU!!!

I had a hike of the Tour du Mont Blanc scheduled since the beginning of the year. I developed achilles tendinitis less than a month prior to departue. I visited Total Sports Therapy and asked Joe if he could help me. He said most people would be in a walking boot at that stage but he would help as much as possible. For three and a half weeks, he and Marie provided care and advice. I was able to complete the hike, due in large part to their help. I highly recommend them.

I have used TST twice for PT needed for ACL replacements and elbow issues. Joe and his team are always professional, on time and attentive. I highly recommend.
