I really enjoy coming to Total vitality is the best physical therapy I have ever been. All employee are so nice, and very professional. specially Ms. Lisa, Mrs. darlene , Mr. Brain and Ms. Genie. Dr. Bryan Nicholas is terrific at the manual stuff, honestly and clearly explaining conditions and giving a hopeful outlook. But more than that, he’s a great referring physician! He will get you imaging without a problem so that you have the answers you need to get better

Total Vitality St.Pete are the best crew for physical therapy/chiropractic care. Not like other places that treat you like a number (in&out) but listen to you, focus on your care to help you get better, with a positive attitude to help boost your moral. All the St. Pete group are the BEST! 👍👍After my car accident I went for two years for treatment to St. Pete office.

Physical Therapist) Vince & Mia ( assist. to physical therapy) Jeff(Massage Therapist), Jean(Massage Therapist), Darlene( Office Mgr.) & Lisa( Asst. Office Mgr.) and one heck of a wonderful group working well together and treating you like family. Making sure I exercised, stretched, and help me to work out my pain & issues. Absolutely outstanding customer service. From Darlene at the front desk who always greets you with a smile to brighten your day, to Brian, Andrea & Vince doing Physical Therapy and being very professional, knowledgeable and friendly always. Jeanie & Jeff are excellent massage therapists who do wonders. Highly recommended!

Darlene & Lisa are always smiling & friendly as you walk in the door. Jeff & Jean are both fantastic massage therapists. Vince & Brian are always enthusiastic & full of energy in the gym area. Dr Bryan, even though we only spend a few minutes each visit, always sends me off with a smile on my face after neck & back adjustments. Total Vitality is a great place for all your needs they specialize in. Highly recommended if my opinion counts for anything!

I’ve been coming here for a little while now and I love it! Everybody that I have encountered is just so wonderful and I’m always greeted with a smile. Darlene at the front desk is always so kind and helpful, the therapists and technicians are amazing, and the care is top of the line! I wouldn’t want to go to any other place for my physical therapy:)
