My son has been attending since June 2024. He is there all day while I am at work. The staff is great and I enjoy getting updates from them. My son's teacher has taught him so much. He loves it there. They make it so easy to work with.

Tots of Love is an incredible daycare. The teachers clearly care for my child! They know her favorite drinks, who her best friend is, and that their slide is her favorite activity. She's learned so much since starting. They constantly give us updates on what she is learning that day, the actives they have planned, and they send us a picture they helped my daughter draw almost every week! The dinosaur made out of her footprints is my favorite. Anytime they have a half day planned, Vikki let's me know at least 2 weeks in advance. They take the children's health seriously. It may mean my daughter gets sent home if she has the sneezes but it also means I know she is healthy and around healthy kids when she is there.

Tots of Love has been great for our son! He's been going here for about four months now.

It's the 2nd daycare he's ever attended and definitely his favorite. All the teachers he's worked with have been great and you can tell they truly care for the kids.

They are very flexible with their hours for drop off and pick up, we haven't had any issues with him going in late or picking him up early.

I just wish we knew other parents in our area to recommend this place to.

This place is a joke!! My 2 year old attended only a few months. I constantly got calls because she had a runny nose. Saying she was sick when In fact it’s was allergies and I told them that as well. Than she couldn’t go back until 24 hours later! This happened a hand full of times. My daughter went camping with her father and ended up running from him (she is autistic) and she stepped on some stickers so she had little dots on the bottom of her feet. They called me from work to pick her up. Said she couldn’t return until I got a drs note saying she dosent have hand foot mouth disease even after explaining to them what had happened. My daughters skin is extremely sensitive. I put this in the paperwork before she started this daycare that she has special diapers, wipes, and at every diaper change needs desitin put on her. Well they failed to put the desitin on so she got an extremely bad diaper rash. Also while she was with her dad she was playing and fell. Got a bruise on her face. My daughter is very clumsy especially with having autism. We explained what happened when she was dropped off. So they were informed where the bruise came from. Well they called CPS on us! It was dropped immediately after they checked my house, fridge, and talked to my 8 and 11 year old! I’m so furious with this place. I missed so much work due to them having me pick her up so much and I lost my job because of it! I feel like they call parents so much because they get overwhelmed with all of the children and can’t keep up! Or they just hate there job who knows! I do NOT recommend this place to anyone! Not unless your ready to be called a million times to pick your child up, get CPS called on you and lose your job!

Negative Stars! Don't take your child here unless you're okay with them not respecting how you call your own child and then accuse you of something so horrendous and threaten to call the cops on you and then ACTUALLY call CPS on you when you stand up for the right to call your child whatever name you want. They don't open when they say they will. They're constantly changing their rules and guidelines. They'll say one thing and do another. They can't find a stable staff director. It's changed 3 times in the past 7 months that I've been there.Ms. Williams(lead director) will disrespect your Child Action case worker and then not answer your phone calls. They close early every other week and expect you to adjust your work schedule so they can have their "work meetings" at 1pm? How about you stay open until the time you're supposed to and then close and have your "work meetings"? The Carmichael location has an infestation of ants and cockroaches. You'll notice them right outside the front door and they're all over the carpets where the children play. They open at 6:30am and there were army's of ants at 6:35am when I dropped my son off. They claimed they vacuumed.. I'm glad my son is out of there and I never have to deal with that kind of disrespect again.
