A trusted colleague recommended Heather Allen to me and I am so grateful! Heather is helpful and supportive and provides me with excellent resources after every visit. We are about to begin EMDR, which some therapists claim to provide but don't actually in practice.

Tov is wonderful! the office has such a cozy vibe and the staff are the friendliest, most inclusive people. I have been seeing jessica for around 5 years and she really is a gem. I drive from west little rock every week because I have had countless therapists and none have been as amazing as her. She is always keeping up to date on the latest research and pursing even more professional training. I really can’t recommend them enough!

Absolutely the biggest waste of my money and time. Nothing better than Heather Allen LCSW validating my lying narcissistic husbands action. I'm sure he needed more reasons to keep repeating his actions. I think she needs more education in the couples therapy section. Then had the audacity to increase pricing. HA that's a joke. If your looking for a couples therapist, keep looking! You're welcome.

Tov Counseling is a great place for anyone new or seasoned to therapy. There are several therapist with a wide range of skills to help wherever you are in life. The therapist are nice and welcoming but also there to push when you need it. Sometimes it's hard to hear things you don't want to hear or say things you are scared to. At Tov they work with you to battle through the struggles so that you understand and are equipped to cope with these moments. Everyday I use what I have learned from my therapists and workshops provided by Tov.
