Wonderful experience doing a last minute float before a drive back to the Berkshires. The office and lounge space are truly tranquil and softly lit. Quiet ambient music plays in the background in the lounge, which I wish I had used for longer after my float.
The float experience was wonderful and I lost track of space and time. I went full sensory deprivation with dark and no music, which enhanced the experience. They included nice products for showering afterwards.
I absolutely recommend this experience! When I’m in the area, I’ll be back.
They also have tons of beauty products, lotions, and some jewelry and gift items.

Try the float pool, awesome service and people working here. Brought my son who was on leave from the army as a treat before he goes back to base in TX. This spa also odfers; facials and 5 massage stations designed around the 5 natural elements, fire, water, wood, steel, earth.

This place is wonderful! I’ve experienced several of the massage therapists at Tranquil Balance and they have all been very good.
It’s clean, quiet, and the staff is great. I love that it’s not a huge facility because I like the privacy of changing in my own room and don’t want to deal with locker rooms or formality of a larger place.

Tried the floating therapy. Totally relaxing. I could decide no light (full darkness) and assorted other light combinations. I chose dark (not my nature by the way). The salt water kept me fully buoyant, fully supported, fully relaxed. Staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I’ll be back: to try other massages, and to float again. Loving it.

Made an appointment for a sixty (60) minute float therapy today November 17, 2023. I arrived and was greeted by very friendly and professional staff. The minute I opened the door, it was a very serene atmosphere. The entire area was very clean and organized. The float therapy was a different experience for sure. Meaning, it took time to become acclimated. I believe my second visit will be more therapeutic and relaxing. I would not recommend turning the light off immediately. I discovered the light can be turned to different colors. The deep red was relaxing. I will definitely return.
