Terrific 1st impression, 1st appointment! Travis is a knowledgeable young man, and exactly what I had hoped I could find in help for a troublesome knee! My concerns were my age and having time to run somewhere for appointments! He came to me! Tremendously helpful for someone extremely busy! His knowledge, and mannerism, as well as communication and respect won me over! 5 highly illuminated stars!

Travis is extremely knowledgeable! He is great at answering your questions and not making you feel stupid. I dont feel like he is trying to sell me something the entire time. If he heals you after the first session he doesn’t try and get you sign up for 5 sessions more just for more money. HONEST is how I would describe Travis. Last thing, he really tries to make whatever time you have work! Extremely flexible on his times.

Travis is super chill and always available to help me figure out any injuries that are bugging me. What I really like is he doesn’t have you do exercises and stretches you coulda done on your own. Instead he likes to focus on things he can do like dry needling and deep tissue. He works with athletes and has helped me figure out my issues in just two sessions! Highly recommend for any athletes looking for physically therapist who’s knowledgeable.

Travis has been helping me with my numerous injuries since 2019. The first time I worked with him was for a chronic shoulder injury causing my entire left arm to fall asleep while driving or working out which he fixed within a matter of weeks. Then I had a knee injury that involved surgery and working with him we were able to restore full function and mobility to my knee post surgery. I have since been seeing him once a week for general maintenance on the typical aches and pains daily life/Crossfit can create and his dry needling/massage therapy gives me quality of life that I would otherwise not have. He is also extremely accommodating and easy to get along with! Travis is highly knowledgeable in the most current physical therapy treatments and will help you with your injury recovery or general maintenance to keep you performing and living your best life. I 100% recommend Transform.

Travis is super knowledgeable and hands on. Within 3 visits my neck injury was significantly improved and is completely gone now. I highly recommend Transform!

This is more than PT. This is personable, knowledgeable, professionalism, Intergrity and solution oriented all in one place. Travis and transform is the absolute pinnacle in this field of medical work. I’ve used him since 2018 and recommend him to anyone and everyone that has a need even in the slightest. You could go somewhere else or you could have the best. If you refuse to settle then I cannot recommend him enough he has accomplished so much for me and others and has become essential in my life. Truly a staple in NWA.

Transform PT has helped me tremendously. As someone who focuses a lot on their health there are still some things I can’t do to improve/fix issues. That’s where they have helped. Dry needling, targeted exercises and many of the other treatments they offer have greatly improved my comfort/performance during exercise and day to day life. Typical physical therapists will make you sign up for many more visits than you will need and waste your time and money. Transform will only have you come back until the problem is resolved. No commitment. I can’t recommend them enough.
