I've been going to Transformative Wellness now for the past 3 months. Wow what an experience it is! One of the best things they offer to me is the Red Light Therapy! They have the most state of the art Prism Light Pod there is to offer on the market! I go there ever day for my 15 minute session. The machine is in a private room, it's comfortable, and it WORKS! No more inflammation, I sleep better and my energy level is UP! If you haven't ever tried Red Light Therapy, I highly suggest you go and visit Casie at Transformative Wellness! Casie is an absolute gem of a find in Ormond Beach! As a physical therapist and certified weekend warrior I feel that I am very in tune with my body and can tell whether my body responds to something or not. Red light therapy was always something I heard about but wasn’t sure if it was right for me. After consulting with Casie who is a very experienced and genuine Nurse Practitioner, I was immediately comforted by the research and incredibly safe, painless, and natural way to get my body out of pain and to accelerate recovery time. I was educated on the multiple usages and benefits of red light therapy.which include inflammation and pain management, mitochondria (energy) production, improved lymphatic flow and even weight loss. i tried several different settings in the monthly package I purchased which truly helped me in ways that were initially subtle, but undeniable. I must say that the bed as Transformative Wellness is ABSOLUTELY SPECTACULAR!!! Found immediate increased energy with the sports recovery setting and felt a definite disruption of scar tissue with the chronic pain setting which was and “old and cold injury” in my calf/hamstring. I was truly shocked to feel a difference in performance in my old calf/hamstring tear which was non-painful symptomatic prior to red light therapy but mildly sore afterwards…..weird I thought. As I continued to use that setting I noticed my flexibility improving and improved tissue quality and pain free performance afterwards….SO STOKED!!! Casie also performed a consult for me and had lab work submitted to see if I would be a good candidate for testosterone therapy. Can’t say enough about her passion for wellness and wholistic care. I totally different experience and approach towards medicine and wellness which was so refreshing!!!!

I am a 67 year old man that suffers from arthritis in my knees and was searching for an alternative to knee replacement. I was told that this particular Red Light bed was medical grade and the business is owned by a registered P. A. and only a few were available for public use. Well I tried it and immediately felt results on the first visit. After daily use for 3-4 days the stiffness and swelling has subsided. I have more range of motion now and go weekly now. I would recommend this to anyone having aches and pains.
