Shannon is very kind, courteous and professional. By far the best therapist I have ever had. She listens carefully and gives valuable feedback and explains things in an easy to digest manner. She cares alot about helping her patients improve and becoming better. I highly recommend her services.

Scheduling appointments is a nightmare and a cluster. For 2 years appointments have been canceled at the last minute and it takes months to get new ones. My kids have been using them for two years and the counselors were great. Unfortunately they don't stick around very long. We were going to the one in Peoria on Saturdays which was great but she left the company but at least we were given a notice well I'm advance. We then started going to the one in Goodyear but had to do it during the school days which wasn't great but we made it work. That counselor was amazing and the kids loved her. Again very unfortunately she no longer works there and we got notified our appointment was canceled as we were sitting in the lobby waiting for a session. So we got our third counselor that was via teleconference but still during school hours but it was summertime so it was okay. The counselor and myself realized my kids needed more individual therapy not so much family therapy. I was under the impression my daughter would keep the current counselor we were using and my son would find a new counselor but we had to do another intake appointment for both of them. We've had to do new intake forms every time we got a new counselor or the referral needed to be updated so it was pretty annoying at this point because it's the same information everytime. We scheduled the new intake appointments with the impression my daughter would still be receiving counseling while we waited however she has not received any counseling for a month. When I called to see what the issue was I was never called or informed why the current schedule stopped. Their intake appointments were scheduled for the same day a month ago and they waited until 2:00 p.m. on a Friday to tell me my Monday morning appointment was canceled for one of my kids but not the other but they couldn't do both intakes at the same time and it would be a while before the new intake for one of my kids could happen. The scheduling process is a major issue with this company and they can't keep counselors for long and unfortunately I now have to find a new company because I'm not doing an intake appointment every 6 months because they can't keep counselors. Getting appointments for them is a nightmare. The counselors were great and my kids loved it and it's truly sad because we are talking about kids mental health. It took so long to get them into counseling in the first place now we're starting from scratch again because they can't book appointments appropriately or work around school schedules or keep staff.

Don't give them your card information. The billing department will tell you one thing and do another. I got 3 different amounts that I've been told it would be, they also told me I would get BILLED if my insurance didn't cover it. I thought "perfect, I'll pay it out of my next check." Woke up this morning to find out I was in fact not billed and they took waaay more out than what I was told I'd be billed for. I called and explained that they left me with less than 20 dollars for gas, my medication, and that most of that money was actually for my sons birthday party, they told me there was no way to give the money back and there was no manager to transfer me to. They also told me that they charged my card extra for a missed co-pay back in April that they decided to charge me now for. I have every statement showing I paid on time. I'm a single mom on one income. Now I have to tell my kid he can't have his birthday party this weekend because mommy can't get the food for it AND I'm going to have to go without my mental health medication because of a company who provides mental health treatment. Pretty ironic. I would have budgeted to pay them out of my card if I would have been told that's the way it would be handled. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. As much as I love my therapist, I will be canceling all further appointments because I can't trust their billing department.

wow, wow, WOW! debby is the coolest human ever! today was my first day starting this whole new “therapy process” thing and she was just so inviting from start to finish of the appointment. i was super scared coming in but her room was so peaceful and she made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. she is super relatable, sweet, easy to talk to, and funny, if you like sprinkles of humor during serious conversations, like me, she’s great at that!! she made sure i was comfortable with my choices before i came to conclusions on the routes i wanted to go and told me it was okay to speak up. she made the difficult topics easy to talk about. we flowed through our conversation so neatly, and she never cut me off and let me speak my mind fully (which i was nervous for because i know i ramble), so super professional and transparent. i’m very grateful to have had an amazing experience for my first day in a nerve wracking environment. people like debby are needed in this field! ❤️

Crystal White has been a fantastic therapist for me dealing with family dynamics with my aging parent. Addressing self esteem and weight related insecurities.
She listens to my complex thoughts and helps organize those thoughts and emotions into a more rational explanation that I can process.
She has been instrumental in me managing my challenging family dynamics.

Debby was awesome. Would've been very happy if she were going to be my counselor.

Very welcoming and excellent service and communication! Crystal is fantastic with my 17 year old and I highly recommend her. My daughter doesn't open up to many adults but she is comfortable with Ms. White! Every week, their relationship grows and they are working diligently on my daughter understanding herself. I am grateful for this experience!
