I came in before my rotator cuff surgery for pre-hab. It was explained to me that I would get the best results from my surgery, if I started to build up the surrounding muscle and get stronger first. So I did that for about three months pre-surgery and it really helped with my recovery! After surgery, I was in a lot of pain but I really felt like I was in the most capable hands! Caroline is THE BEST! With every passing week, I could feel myself getting stronger and stronger! It is now 6 months passed my surgery and I have full range of motion and am pain free! I am so grateful to Caroline and the entire team at Trinity!

Jayme is a wonderful physical therapist! She’s very knowledgeable, you can easily tell she’s experienced. Her whole team in Wayne has a great attitude, they are fun, and work like a well run ship! I love how much everyone pays attention to the patients, like they will come over and give small but important corrections on my form and I’ll feel the difference. Lastly, Jayme has the strongest hands ever, it’s impressive.

Dr. Kristina Bilanova is amazing! I have chronic hip bursitis and sciatica on both legs, caused by my love for running. On my worst days, I was incapable of sleeping, walking, or sitting down. I also had to stop traveling because sitting on a plane would be excruciating. Also, upon arriving at my destination, I could not enjoy my vacation because my symptoms would flare up significantly.

I’ve been to countless of physical therapists, and she’s the only one that has made me feel better and able to run again after a two-year hiatus. I also just flew to LA and back, and I had no issue sitting on a 5hr flight and enjoyed my time in LA with no flare-ups.

Her approach is methodical and unique. She doesn’t just focus on the area of pain (hips, legs, and gluteus in my case) but looks for the root cause and develops a holistic treatment plan. Thus, after my thorough evaluation, it turned out that my pain was triggered by the stiffness, lack of flexibility, and range of motion in my upper back.

I worked with Dr. Bilanova for about eight weeks, 2x a week, and in that time, she was able to treat my chronic pain. Now I can run between 8-10miles a week, and I finally feel like myself with no issues sleeping, walking, sitting, or flying.

Additionally, her recommendation of E-Pat therapy once a week helped tremendously. I could not have lived my life to the fullest again without Dr. Bilanova. I highly recommend her; there’s no other physical therapist like her.

I can’t end this without saying how excellent the rest of the staff is. All of the technicians and Caroline were so kind and ultimately cared about helping me get better. The facility is also clean and advanced - it has all the latest equipment and technology.

While I’ve had physical therapy multiple times before I find the personnel and my time spent to be exceptional
