I highly recommend Dale Kingsley from Trinity Therapeutic Care. She is a kind, sweet and gentle soul. She truly is passionate about helping her clients. She is professional and is such a wonderful listener. She doesn’t just tell you what you should do, but rather works with you to curate coping skills and processes that work for you the individual to achieve ultimate healing. I can’t recommend her or Trinity Therapeutic Care enough!!

Without Dale I wouldn't be where I'm at in the world today. She showed me such amazing, non-judgmental support every step of the way through a traumatic relationship that I was holding onto and gently guided me with an immense wealth of knowledge as well as all the tools I needed. If you really want help avoid going to this women!! Canceled on me over insurance billing. Then when i tried to reschedule the appointment i missed today, she flat out says no and I missed another one on the 23rd which was never even scheduled!! I have the text messages to prove it!!!Worst experience I have had and because of this I won't even attempt getting help again. It's a shame because I was serious about it and initially liked her. Why go into that line of work and refuse to help someone? Unkind and absolutelty unprofessional!!!
