What a wonderful, relaxing place! My friend and I decided that we wanted to float, for the first time, on a whim. We were only in Sedona for a couple of days and this was on my friend's travel wishlist. ? We were able to find an appointment where we could each float at the same time.

First, we were told to remove our shoes and were provided with flip flops to wear during the visit. Every single thing was explained to us, and we were super relaxed just watching the orientation video and the relaxing images shown after that! Super comfy chairs.

Then, we were shown to the rooms with the pods and told all of the information about what we would be doing and how to know when it's time to get out. We were urged to use the restroom first, and then were left to our own rooms to shower and float! Our rooms were right next to each other.

After the float, we showered and met up again at the Oxygen bar. We got to pick a flavor/scent and enjoy that for 10 minutes. We were offered water or tea as we lounged some more.

Finally, we were told that we could stay as long as we wanted to relax. There was a room with hair dryers, deodorant, makeup wipes, lotions, and disposable combs as well if we needed them to freshen up. There were beautiful salt lamps all over that decorated the space and really set a calming mood.

This was a fabulous first float experience. I'll be looking for a float place closer to home to do it again!

Was in Sedona for vacation. Loved the float experience! Very relaxing and they added the oxygen treatment as a bonus! Very clean and the staff is very polite! Definitely recommend it! ?

Been hanging out at this place for years (even have dreams about it sometimes). Such a super relaxing experience, friendly service, and clean clean clean! The owners are just phenomenal people and this is such a great and healthy kind of environment that fits right in with Sedona!

First time floating, and I loved it and signed up for a membership promptly afterward with a cool January deal they're running for unlimited floats. I'm pretty much a mermaid in the desert so i don't know why I haven't gotten my tail in here sooner! their staff is very sweet and accommodating and don't put any pressure to sell more floats. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the water was a tad colder than expected. I would have liked it to be a few degeees warmer for me to be able to relax. The water for the shower also had a slow drain which was a little unsettling.

I chose the silent pitch black experience and it was fascinating to observe my mind and tensions in my body became immediately illuminated. I recommend this to everyone and I will be sending my clients here!

Update 11/2024: Giving 2 stars because I had 6 floats on my account after I canceled my membership that I could use until Oct 2024. I had a bunch of really hard things happen this year which prevented me from using them. I emailed the owner about it to see if they could just let me use them for November instead of October, and I was told that I had to become a member again for 3 months just to use them - and wait to use my 6 floats that were already mine! Just because they expired, I don't believe they can't make exceptions if they wanted to. I hate when companies don't honor the customer. Definitely not going to go back after this. Instead of accommodating me, they try and make an easy sell...just complete ignorance of what I was asking for. I would have liked to use the 6 floats sooner than have to wait 3 months just to be able to use them at all. LAME!

When I was in Sedona for vacation this Float Spa was such a great addition! I had hike several different trails for two days straight when I went for the first time. The float help me relax my muscles and let go of mental stresses. The spa itself was clean and welcoming. The employee was so respectful and caring for my whole time there. I was so happy ? I booked another day right before leaving Sedona. I will got back once again when I am in Sedona, AZ. Thank you TRUE REST Float Spa! ?

As a guest of the Self Love Retreat I enjoyed my first float experience. I was a little skeptical but once in the pod I was completely relaxed. Actually… I wish I had one at home as it would be the perfect way to end each day. The staff was sweet, the facilities very clean. Definitely 5 stars!

Such a cool experience that I've been wanting to try for years. It's exceptionally clean with great ambiance and the staff is very informative and attentive. Love the fact that you get free access to the oxygen bar after your float as well. I'll be back for some sensory deprivation and relaxation again!
