Absolutely Awful. If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. Head staff is incredibly rude and inconsiderate, which is odd taking into account they have a job working with children. Our children that we’re in-trusting will be cared for under their supervision/hands. Tim Hire needs to do a sit in day of observing how staff in the main office are conducting their jobs. Some I will admit are passionate in their career and wanting to help parents, and children exceed in learning. There are some though who are negligent in the performance of their duties. Also not returning phone calls in a proper manner then once you call back and finally get ahold of them, it’s “oh I’ve been busy.” Apologies, but it sounds like this job is too much for you, and needing to find one with less responsibilities. I hope the teachers they hire, to care for our children, are in no way the same as the staff they have in their main tulare county office. This place needs to do some serious reflection.
