Shantaé the receptionist at UF Springhill psychiatry is THE best, sweetest woman that handles calls over there. She does her job excellent with the sweetest personality. She strives to provide the best customer care. Definitely deserves a raise as customer service can be struggling for both parties.

The doctor's are dangerous. Making seriously rash and dangerous desions for their patients, violating the patience bill of rights. They put me on meds that I took for years, then one day unexpectedly decided for me I would just stop taking them. It caused me great harm. And when I became upset labeled me a difficult patient and refused me further treatment ever again. They didn't care what happened to me.

UNFORTUNATELY !!! I got to give star. They don’t deserve that we put our mental health in their hands. They said the best way to comunícate with them is through my UF chart or phone nothing works 😂😂😂😂😂 that’s a joke. They prescribe meds and leave you with out of them for weeks with withdrawal symptoms. They got an excuse for everything. They are good to talk about customers service . Customer service is the key. Yeah Right !! By the Grace of God you have 2.4 on Google reviews

Though I have had one negative experience, I did ask to be seen by another doctor and was placed with Dr Burnside. He is great, we have worked our way in to finding what works best for me after several tries of different medications, we have realized that the medication we know worked before my pregnancy is the better option. And yes they do help people with Medicaid!

Everyone I encounter, from the downstairs receptionists, to the people who check you in, to my doctor, is absolutely wonderful. My doctor is very thorough, and never makes me feel rushed. He has called me when he knew things were very rough for me to make sure that I'm maintaining, or to see if I need to come in. I feel they all genuinely care, and I'm very happy here.

Dr. Morrissey is amazing. I went in for my first psychiatric appointment ever and I was very nervous and anxious. Dr. Morrissey made me feel comfortable and relaxed as soon as I was taken back. She’s very nice, compassionate and you can tell she loves what she does and genuinely wants to help you. She gives you ample room for answers and never interrupts you. She explains everything very well and made me feel so much better about visiting for the first time. I’m glad I made my appointment here and I look forward to continuing treatment with Dr. Morrissey. If you’re able to, request an appointment with her! She’s the best.
