Every single person that works a Ultimate Wellness in Port Charlotte, Florida does everything possible to make you feel at ease & at home in their facility! I felt so pampered & comfortable with everything! I would recommend their service to anyone! I had a total knee replacement December 18th, 2024, and I was up walking right away, & with no pain!

My foot doctor referred me to Ultimate Wellness for a bone spur that was pressing on my Achilles tendon. It was causing me so much pain that I couldn't walk properly on my foot as well as causing pain when I drove my car. I was skeptical that physical therapy would help with the pain. I was totally wrong. Rick and Tony worked with me using modern treatment and procedures. Within a few weeks my pain was residing and my flexibility was returning. I also have rheumatoid arthritis that causes me alot of pain in my feet. Not only did the treatment I recieved resolve my Achilles pain, it also lessened the neuropathy pain in my feet. There truly is a science to healing and Rick and Tony know the path to healing. I cannot thank then enough for giving me relief from the daily pain I was living with. You owe it to yourself to visit them if you are in need of any type of physical therapy. You won't be sorry. There is no need to live with daily pain as I was doing until I was referred to them. They were a God send for me.

I cannot express how grateful I am that my Dr refered me to Ultimate Wellness Therapy. I have only had 2 weeks of therapy and am feeling so much better. I've a history of falls from horses in my younger days with other problems since...my sacro joint, sciatica, compressed disks...the entire staff is amazing and is truly like family. Rick along with his therapists explain in detail what and why they are doing specific exercises and plans for my recovery. I'm at the beginning stage but already seeing a definite difference that it is helping immensely. I will surely be updating as I progress. What a blessing this has been.

Ultimate Wellness is our one stop for all our physical therapy needs. My husband and I both got injured around the same time and they coordinated our schedules so we could attend and overlap together. Cindy at the front desk is phenomenal with her scheduling abilities to accommodate us. Toni was our therapist/coach/our everything. She is so educated in this field! We learned something new at every session. The owner Rikki had his own clients and is very personable too. It felt like family. We laughed, shared stories, and healed our bodies. Highly recommend this local small business. You won't be disappointed!

I recently was treated for sacroiliac join pain at Ultimate Wellness Physical Therapy in Port Charlotte. I found the facility comfortable, amazingly well organized and clean considering the huge amount of therapeutic equipment available.
Andrea and Sylvia at the front desk were always very friendly and caring. They made me feel like family from the first day, even giving me a card and gift on my birthday!
My physical therapists, Senor Rick and Dr Jason, were very knowledgeable and professional. I received a complete evaluation on the first visit, and goals were set to keep me on track. My progress was evaluated halfway through my program and again on the last day. Both Rick and Jason were respectful and discrete as my condition required therapeutic massage, percussive massage, ultrasound and use of the TENS Unit on my lower back and hip area. They supported, motivated and encouraged me through an extensive stretching and exercising program designed to reduce my pain, build my strength and even improve my balance and posture. They provided illustrated materials for stretches and exercises for a home program ensuring future physical health, avoiding injury. Every session ended with time on the Hill Traction Unit which was painless, almost restful. I actually felt taller the first time!
I completed my physical therapy program at Ultimate Wellness much improved and pain free. I’ve been able to return to my daily walks, yoga and life in general with in confidence using the life-long strategies and techniques learned from Senor Rick and Dr Jason.
