Had the opportunity to experience a sound bath with Carolina. Given that it was virtual, I was still able to feel her intuition and healing. Carolina is truly talented and has a gift for healing and reading others. I was able to feel her calmness and was able to fully immerse myself in the sound bath. Her natural talents are matched with her expertise and experience as an LCSW. When I feel anxious or need to feel present, working with Carolina has helped tremendously.

Carolina is the best at what she does. Her integrative approach to healing really allows for you to feel supported, safe, and understood. During her sound bath's I feel completely safe, and able to get emotionally connected as well as realigned energetically. Thank you for such a great experience and helping me connect to myself. The sound bath allowed me to open my mind to peaceful energy and helped me realize happiness is a state a mind! During the beginning of the sound bath I sat on the floor with an aching back and busy mind. By the end, I forgot about my back pain and left feeling so relaxed as if I just experienced a massage at a Spa. There are not enough words to describe my whole experience but I can truly say the vibrations of the sound bath felt like the hug I needed for my mind and soul.

I’ve had the pleasure of utilizing Carolina’s services on and off for the last 8 years. Truthfully, if there is any ledge you ever need to be talked down from.. her understanding, her tone, and her willingness to understand but flip your perspective is something you always take with you. It’s always so relaxed, informal, but so informational that I end up researching tons of things to better understand what she’s trying to help me push myself with. Also, utilizing the sound bowl, if you’re open to it.. is truly such a healing experience that someone who’s really committed, or maybe not looking for conventional talk therapy should try!
