We have been to this office both for myself and for my child and we absolutely love them. We are met with a smile every time, our appointments are confirmed and they are just really nice, understanding people. I'm so glad that my family chose this office and their providers for my son, who has thoroughly enjoyed his sessions and helped him thrive in day to day life. It doesn't feel like we are talking to a stranger, but a friend every time.

I haven't yet experienced an in person session, but I wanted to say that just from my phone conversation with the receptionist and the counselor I spoke with.. They were very kind and helpful. They asked a little about myself and immediately got choked up, the concern from the woman I was just getting information on pricing was amazing. She asked what she could do to help me RIGHT NOW. I'm looking forward to our first session.

My wife and I found Joyce to be a terrible marriage counselor. I can say this after comparing her to a couple of others that did a much much better job. She almost always shows up late and checks out early. Some appointments she just a no-show but claims are very rude receptionist had called and left a message to cancel that very morning an hour before that appointment. She seem to quite enjoy crucifying me but never did talk to my wife. She exclaimed what a wonderful person my wife was without even knowing who she was. Implying that I was not worthy. Constantly. when we needed her the most she was a no-show again.
I have studied psychology in my life. At a college level. And I can tell you this woman knows remarkably little about psychology. I doubt very seriously she even knows who Freud was.
We went to this woman on and off for quite some time. It always ended the same way. She was a no-show.
I'd like to thank her personally for absolutely nothing. A complete waste of time. And money.

Refuse to make appointments until new client paper work is turned in via email or fax. ( not everyone has access to those)

Refused to make an appointment for my son because his father's signature was NOT on the consent for treatment. Fortunately, I am lucky enough to have his father in our home. His dad was at work and could not sign. Not everyone has that!! I asked what if he wasnt in the picture.. Barbara still requested to have his signature

This place is the worse. Had an appointment for 1pm today. Not only were they out to lunch at that time they didn't even have my appointment, or the next 4 in the book
That they have me. So now on the look out for a new one. I do not recommend this plve for anyone

I called to ask about pricing and availability, the woman who answered was extremely rude! Not only did she cut me off while I was talking but she also had a nasty attitude & put me on hold while I was explaining a message I wanted to leave for a counselor.
