Right from my initial inquiry phone conversation I found Geneva to be extremely informative and professional. Especially once I got to meet her and experience how knowledgeable I was immediately comfortable. Her treatments were simply excellent as she helped and addressed my on going shoulder/neck problems almost immediately ..techniques perfectly performed with exercises for me to do at home that worked extremely well. Booking an appointment was very smoothly, at arrival she was already waiting for me and there was no waiting time, I went right in for my appt. Geneva gave a me a brief explanation of what the session about, she asked me questions to find out what areas I needed help with. She focused in my shoulders areas and she touched on muscles I never thought I had. After the session I felt relaxed and I would come back again. I loved the my massage with Geneva

I highly recommend Geneva! She’s true professional with deep knowledge of musculoskeletal system and anatomy as a whole. It is not your average massage you can get in some random place, you will get a well planned and targeted therapy. For more than 2 years I’ve tried to find someone to address my shoulder impingement syndrome- PT, exercise, HSS orthopedist…. no results! Geneva fixed my shoulder after only one session! We did deep tissue massage, trigger point work and assisted stretching. The space is very comfortable and convenient. Booking appointments was easy. I’ll continue coming for maintenance and already recommended Valenna to my friends and family!
