I had a great experience with Valley Spirit and owner, Kristin. I happened to call one day because I was looking for a yoga instructor to come to a house we had rented in the area for a bachelorette party. I got in touch with Kristin directly and told her a little bit about the weekend and what we were looking to do. She not only set up the yoga, but also set up two massage therapists to come in and gave me wonderful recommendations on many things in the area including food/smoothies/wine bar/hiking etc. We loved all her recommendations and considered ourselves lucky to have found her. The yoga and massages were some of the best we had experienced. Thank you Kristin and Valley Spirit. Highly recommend!

Valley Spirit is a gem in the heart of Washington Depot. The yoga instructors are top notch, there are a variety of classes for all different level of practitioners, and the center itself just beams with positive energy. They have wonderful, personally curated products and books and specially heated massage beds. A truly wonderful spot.

Julie is absolutely incredible and I'm so grateful to have found her. I went from using a cane all the time a month ago to using my cane sparingly. My balance is returning and my walking is getting better.

Simply the best! The staff is knowledgeable, professional, friendly and warm.
