Dr. Aspen has been my therapist for over 7+ years now, ever since I was a senior in high school. She has saved my life numerous times. From the very beginning, she created a safe and welcoming space for me to express my thoughts and feelings without judgment, has always made me feel safe and heard, and continues to help me understand myself better and grow as a person.
She has a unique ability to balance being empathetic and supportive, while also challenging me to confront and work through my issues. Over the years, Dr. Aspen has not just been a healthcare provider to me, but also a confidant and mentor.

Dr. Aspen is an incredibly effective therapist, and while she can be very direct and forceful at times, her warmth and genuine caring nature only seeks the best recovery for her patients. She treated my daughter for OCD 8 years ago, and then for the past 5 years, anorexia. She has counseled our entire family in the protocol called FBT every week for this entire time. And every time she has told us to look our for something or be aware of something, she has been right. Her education, training and experience can rarely be matched. I know dozens of other parents treating a child with an eating disorder, and when trading treatment stories with them, most of them are very jealous of what they hear about Dr. Aspen. I could go on, but simply put, she is the gold standard of treatment. (And please do not put any stock into anonymous one star reviews.)
